When you send the complaint all forum mods receive it. When one of us deals with it, others see this (so 2 mods won't deal with the same thing) As for how the interface looks like - become a mod and you'll see ;)

Moderators can ban forever only for scam. And this is absolutely needed and won't be changed, scammers must be taken down immediatly.

Welcome 'for the amount they get paid', to me sounds like he knows that exact amount... Try by pressing the chain button, then on the new page select Search only in titles. Then type what you want and search, you should get only topics containing your word in the title.

We're trying our best every day. However, of course there are unhappy people, some don't like how a consultant answered a question, others didn't like why someone closed a topic, someone else didn't like the fact someone got a ban. Whenever you spot something like that, whenever you see a staff member doing something wrong (in your opinion), you're free to write to the respective admin. Or if you don't trust the admin - to Semyon. If you think a chat/forum/consultant/reporter admin did something wrong - again, write to Semyon. I read all of your posts and I saw some good things. So: As a consultant administrator I'll try my best to keep the consultants friendly, informed and willing to answer your questions. As a forum moderator I'll do my best to not close topics if they have potential and can stay opened so players can have a discussion. I know many of you dislike the way topics get closed, deleted and so on. Topics get deleted only when there's really no reason to exist, like some troll that created 10 flood topics - of course they'll get removed. As for the closing, mods close topics that: ask a single question (this shouldn't be done by the way, place for questions is the topic in FAQ), which was answered are similar to already existing ones - it's bad to have many topics talking about the same thing, as Yele stated few pages back, it just makes forum harder for both newcomers and old members. In such cases when we close we always give a link to the main topic turned into a thread full of rule infractions, insults, etc. contain no useful information, like a 'hi' or other random stuff If a topic was closed and you think it should've stayed opened - PM the mod who locked it, or write to the admin.
