Interesting logic, however instead of trying to 'legalize' rule breaking and state it's completely normal and human, just try to avoid it and everything will be fine. So we should let people swear, flood and hack and ban them only when they continue (for example after 2 or 3 times)? Sorry but that just won't happen. I agree, to push in life - get a good job, family, house, etc. But breaking rules doesn't mean you are a man or something, or that you pushed yourself and 'achieved something' - it's just stupid and causes you problems :)
