The main reason, as said by everyone, is that it makes it easier for low rank people or new players which generally tend to Micro-upgrade as soon as possible without thinking of just buying the modification directly, But this update made it difficult for players which already have 7/8 or 9 Micro-upgradation of a specific in-game item. Developers specifically gave time to High rank players to upgrade their equipment between that duration, unfortunately, the problem you experienced is the downside of this update and nothing can be done except to buy the full modification.

If by any chance you press the Quick battle option, you can press the "Cancel" button available in the Top right corner of your screen, which cancels the loading and makes you free to choose the festive mode to play. But sometimes the battle loads as soon as you press the button, in that case, you have to leave the battle when it loads and press Festive mode icon to play in it ^^

Bugs and lags are the components in a game which are "never-ending". Developers fix bugs and lags from time to time, still whenever a new component is added to the game, there is a highly possible chance of encountering a new bug. Hence, whenever you encounter a bug, report it in Bugs & Glitches section of the game, which allows the Developers to understand what different types of bugs are pertaining in the game and find ways to fix it.
As for your concern with lags, Developers have it suited in their Development Plans to fix in-game lags in the near future.

 

Just as Frederik said, spectrum only helps in reducing the critical damage along with armadillo, except that no other protection module helps against the Terminator turret because when you become the Juggernaut, all other protection of the enemy players are sort of disabled towards you.

Fixing Game Balance is a relative term. There is nothing which exists as "perfect balance", there will be some metas (basic overpowered combos) and in turn, as compared to them, some turrets/hulls will be declared as weak. Moreover, the drones combined along with the augments (Majorly status effect augments) also influence the balance of one's own combo. So it becomes very difficult to cater such a balance which is appreciated by all the tankers. Thus, the developers release Patch updates every week in order to maximize the Balance with respect to the mechanics in the game, regularly watching the stats and playtime of every turret/hull

It is already in Tanki's Development Plans to allow the Mobile version of the game to have all the features which the normal PC/browser client includes, for example. Using promo codes in shop, chat-in-battle feature.

Naming of the turrets is a sole instinct thing, it can't be judged far earlier, it depends on what function/mechanism will the turret be performing, electricity related can be named after respective physicist (Example - Tesla) and magnetism related turrets (still not introduced yet) could be given a separate name. So when a new turret or even a hull maybe introduced in future, the name will nomenclated accordingly.
I feel you, since the time MM has been introduced, many maps have gone extinct from general playerbase (Good old Atra, Combe, Noise and my old Esplanade) and not just you and me, but I am sure many more players playing since the old days feel the same.
The major problem is that the current game modes included with Augments, drones, overdrive and basically the current version of TO in its Matchmaking stage doesn't support these maps. JGR and ASL or maybe even rugby have concerns in their objectives itself (movement of JGR, ASL points or rugby balls) being inculcated in these maps, and for the old game modes (like CTF, TDM) in these old maps, Overdrives, new hovering hulls, drones such as miners and saboteurs and many more in-game parameters don't hold much balance with those maps.

Developers have plans to change the shop showcase after this interface gets released. Stay tuned ^^
Basically, the Steam client offered the Flash version of Tanki till now. But then, developers changed both the normal and Steam client and changed it to the current HTML5 version of the game. So the act was not illegal before, they just played through Steam and accessed the Flash version of the game.
Also, if you see some Flash gameplay, it could be some YouTubers playing copy and counterfeit versions of Tanki which are available nowadays. However, I recommend not to play them.
Hey there, the merge was an intentional feature, more importantly, kindly explain to me in PMs what exactly you mean by your question.

That was a skin used specifically for Youtuber event, hence the name "Special Edition". My guess is that Freeze SE and HD are from the same model, but the respective texture and design is different.
 Developers instead want to focus on making the new HD range of skins first, so it is highly unlikely they are going to start making a new set of skins (Prototype) without finishing the current one.
As Shin already said, your idea is currently marked valid, so it is being forwarded to the Developers ?

Hi there, although your Internet connection is good, this problem mainly resides on poor Internet or fluctuations in internet of one's game (which also leads him to have bad ping also)
Try to clear your Browser's or client's cache, uninstall and load the game again, or Restart the Internet modem/router.

Hey there, the change, as it is visible by the playerbase is currently applied to only the <<Parkour format>> of Pro Battles, but devs have displayed in their recent V-Log about the fixing of the HTML-5 gravity and physics. It will be done throughout the whole game soon. Stay tuned ^^
