Again, referring to the other games where I have seen mods not get paid - There were like, only 5-8 of them working in forums/ game. ^_^

They did it because if they thought if they didn't pay you no one would sign up to do the job. Its plain and simple.

You don't ask for them but you expect them. You see there is a difference in how you word this. I've seen admins do A LOT of work in other games, and what do they get in return? Respect from all the players for the hard work they put in. What do you guys get? Hate. Because you only do what you are told to, not what you have to.
