How is your PC free? Did you get it from some junkyard or something? and I get 60FPS full settings. I just got all of them, I used photoshop a lot in the past but I havent done in recent months, I can also use fireworks and dreamweaver.

You know an easier way of doing that is Open paint select colour picker take a little screenshot of forum colour, put it in the image, pick that colour, choose paint thingy then click.
