HIIT is not about the wheel. Infact, you don't need any equipment for HIIT workouts and there are workouts that does support the "NO EQUIPMENT REQUIRED" title. Try getting Resistance bands as it can be used in almost any place(s).

Yeah, Jeff has a lot of good ideas and in my opinions is the best coach I have seen in action on social media platforms. His actions, motivation and everything is just so good!

Have you guys considered the HIIT program? That seems a lot more better and fun to do when you boost it with music. As a matter of fact, being a sports person can help you burn a lot of fat and tone your muscles well. Whichever seems the best to you guys, should be fine. The key here is consistency. So for that, you will need to like your workouts or exercises in whatever form you do it.

He is referring to the hardness to push the pedals. You need enough resistance to increase the output that you get from exercising/working out. This is where the old, yet true, phrase comes up - "No pain, No gain"

Haha, interesting image you got right there! Yeah, that's bench press and that's to affect your upper body physique. Mainly your chest and triceps.

I know right. It's annoying, as a trainer, to see parents complain about losing their children's height. It's not going to affect their height. But - There is one theory which seems to be true in my opinion. They are not supposed to push their limits when lifting weights. People below the age of 21 are not advised to lift or start powerlifting as there will be changes in the hormones produced which may or may not affect their height. But no one wants to be more than 6.2 feet.

@Ironmantonystark Regarding cardio, it totally depends on what kind of cardio you are interested in. I would recommend HIIT over steady state cardio because of the amount of calories you would burn in lesser amount of time and the calories will also be burnt in a long run (even after your workout). There are several online videos to help you get you started with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Do it with fast music and you will love it!

@ReptilianTroll 315lbs x 1 Bench press? Interesting! If it makes you feel better (about losing your gains), I used to bench upto 450lbs x1 bench press (220kg). Now I struggle with push ups after Covid and other viral fevers I got during quarantine. It;'s time to get up and push harder again!

Oh man, I wish I had a dollar for everytime someone asks me that. @krish123_super , Never believe such myths which have been always shown to fail. Working out or anything that includes physical work doesn't affect the rate of your growth in any manner. There is no connection. As an Indian, when I started working out, it was a constant comment I got - Working out or lifting weights will affect your height. It's just a myth which is not true.

Whoa, yeah I can relate to the "Jack of all trade, but a master of none" as I was a teenager. Outdoor sports is fun indeed that we try all the sports and end up liking most of them. I guess that's how we are familiar with most sports like you said.

dang, you would get motivation from exercising if you had seen noticable changes, and when you see it, you will be addicted to it and will work a lot harder. That's what happened to be and all my clients tho. Anyways, football is fun and amazing spots. I am a goal keeper in soccer lol, what about you?

That's a wonderful list of excises, however, bodyweight workouts never get old! You can't give an excuse saying "I don't have the equipments!" or "I don't have a gym membership". All they need is the wish and effort to do it.

    Let's Discuss Fitness!

Hello everyone! Gamers will wonder why there's a topic related to fitness when they are "gamers". Even gamers need to do some or any activity daily to be able to stay healthy. Professionally, I was a fitness trainer and this forum topic is created to discuss about fitness. It can be anything you do for fitness and keep your good looking self well-maintained! You can share anything that complies the section rules and anything related to fitness here. Note: Fitness doesn't imply to weight lifting or cardio only - It's the most misunderstood concept for years. How many are fitness freaks here and how many just love the results of your hardwork dedicated to your body? You don't need 6-pack abs or 24 inch arms to prove it, even a daily dedication to improve your physical and mental health contributes to fitness and everything. Feel free to brag about your gains, give/ask for tips and appreciate yourself and the others for taking a decision to worship their bodies like they should!
