I think it says "This profile doesn't exist" because of the way the API is made. Hiding your profile sets your profile on the API to [] (empty), so the algorithm doesn't know if it's private or just doesn't exist at all. Although I might be completely mistaken, that's my experience with the tanki ratings API. However I have to admit it's a great idea, especially with the ratings rework, that means soon or later attention will be focused on it, and I think it'd be a good addition to the game!

I'd like to add that for eSports it's a bit different, as a leader of a team you manage it, so you are responsible for who do you take in the team, who had a previous ban, why and most importantly to know if the player is currently banned or not matters a lot, otherwise you can't know if he's eligible to join the team. In other words, you have some responsibilities, and you need every cards in your hands in order to take decisions for your team. That cannot be compared to a chat ban for example where you're not linked in any way to that player, at the end of the day, it might just be curiosity. To be honest, but that's only my opinion, this feature would just be "the wall of shame". You more or less said it yourself, "it'd be intimidating", being punished for your actions is one thing, but I don't think being publicly shamed would really contribute into bringing a good atmosphere within the community, actually it's the opposite. I think getting punished for your actions are enough, I don't think it'd have any positive advantage to add it. The only purpose (and that's not a positive advantage) would be to possibly mock players or even provoking them, or just be curious about it. yeah, then 200 USD for the highest graphics in TO isn't realistic I'm afraid, I'd suggest either going a bit above your budget, or have lower graphics. I sent the minimum requirements for playing tanki and also the recommended one. I'm not so sure where will the recommended one will lead you, I'd suppose to Medium, perhaps high, but not so sure about the highest. Overall best of luck! To give an idea, I have a gamer PC worth 1,5k euros but it can run practically any game smoothly such as GTA for example. You don't need to have that high budget either, but yeah, if you're looking for a good PC, 200 USD isn't enough. My brother has a chromebook worth 250 euros for example, it's helpful for work, but for playing tanki, it won't be effective.

You may find the system requirements here, the minimum one and the recommended one, but I have to say I agree with this statement: A PC worth 300 euros/USD will very (veeery) unlikely handle max graphics, or if it does, it won't support it for a long time, not to mention the low fps, so it won't be smooth either way.

Additionally, yes, you are right, seeing statistics definitely helps, but getting polls to get opinions about languages to add is also a way of knowing what's needed. In any case, it will not be removed from the topic. The way it was previously explained is actually well said, it is always good to know how many players would be ready to put the language in such a new translarion, just because there are a lot people speaking the same language does not mean they will necessarily enable it once added. It may sound like a poor idea in your opinion, but it is useful for us. It is not enough to just look on the database and implement based off such statistics because it may not completely reflect the reality.
