Hello! Currently there are server issues and the game management is aware of it. Everything possible is done to solve the issue as soon as possible. Could you please bring more details about turrets turning on their own? Although if you usually play using keyboard, try to enable to "keyboard" option on your settings (by default it is "Keyboard & mouse". As for the dead tank, it is purposely blocking the tanker as it comes from a recent update from the game. If ever you think there is a bug, feel free to record a video so it can be checked.

I may have found something, and if that doesn't solve the issue. Try to unequip your protections along with your equipment and equip them again. I reported the issue already.

Click on all the turrets/hulls/protections/drones that have them and once you did, check if the dot disappeared.

Okay, then click on the arrows of your turrets/hulls (the ones on your turrets, hulls, protections) & drones and it should remove it. Let me know if it doesn't.

Hello, usually when there is this dot, it tells you in which category is this (paint, turret, protection, hull), then for paints it tells you which category (common, uncommon, rare, epic, legendary, exotic), for a turret/hull it tells you if it is a skin/augment/color shot effect. If this isn't the case for any of such, it might be to inform you an upgrade you made is finished. In every cases you need to click on another button like this on the category itself and once you found it, it will disappear. N.B: For paints it is enough to just select the category and view all the paints inside the category if I'm not mistaken. Good luck!

There is indeed nothing wrong but it will put automatically your ticket at the end of the queue, I don't think it is their own decision to do that but rather how the tool for tickets works.

Hey, Momentary said most of the essential information being that you need to be patient especially if the waiting time is 7 days. In short the waiting time isn't always the same, sometimes it is 24 hours, sometimes 48 hours and sometimes 7 days. This is likely due to the number of tickets they receive, the different cases to deal, perhaps the complexity too and likely some factors I do forget. Therefore the best thing is to wait. As for sending a message asking about the status, I really do not advise to do so, it was written somewhere by the technical support that replying will move your ticket to the end of the queue, which in other words means you'll have to wait even longer. Hello! When you only press space and release it, it will send a special electric ball more or less slow dependong on the augment you do have ("slow" by default without any augment). But if you hold the space button and you are close to an opponent, if there is a kind of blue line linked between your turret and your opponent and there are numbers (which represents damage), you are in this case dealing damage. In the other case there are not number and that all the previously mentioned conditions are met, I suggest you to refresh and if this still occurs, fill this form. Good luck!
