I wouldn't hope for much regarding compensation for this problem. I wrote on support regarding unequal apology token, that some players got it twice and our mission was replaced before it expired, so we could only claim it once. They won't be addressing this problem, as usual, because apparently it's beyond capacity of their dev team to add simple flag that marks mission as completed, so they could fix this inequality. But sure whatever their game, their decision, but hopefully if you will want to buy anything from this game, just remember who you are supporting.

To be honest, this is even worse solution, than no token at all. The ones that profited are the ones dumb enough to redeem it before it was really useful. Kinda last straw for me, i won't even think about spending single ? with such "Russian" justice. Not that i won't live without it, it's just matter of principles.

Well finally game was extremly generous to me. I´ve only needed to buy 20 energy. I was kinda hesitaing, since on the end there are quite a lot of asteroids, but got extremly lucky on last move.

Whoever proposed changes to the hopper should be fired. I would have to try really hard to find something more idiotic as recent change.

Hi all, Just a quick question. Is it allowed/prohibited to team in solo modes, especially in festive modes. It's ruining game, so I'm wondering if there are any actions to do against such players. Thanks.

It means they don't have enough ads, which results in repetition of ads and lower revenue for them. But what they are trying to say is: people are using ads, to get additional rewards and even complete daily missions (or get missions that are easy to complete), which results in bigger influx of diamonds, rewards, for players that don't play very often... that doesn't add up with our policy of greed and we think that it brings more disadvantages (less people willing to spend money). As result, we decided to switch off this feature to see, if mobile players will be more inclined to buy in-game currency, since you will need to play more to complete missions or accept loss of stars/containers. Of course, if this change will raise wave of dissatisfaction, then we might re-think out decisions. Right now we´ve added it as temporary solution, so we can monitor how will players react when they think it's not permanent and based on that we will make final adjustments. Howgh.

By your logic, if most players did the same, then jumper wouldn't won. Good lord, next time buy it I don't know three days after START of the challenge, so you can contribute to the winning. I think next, they should make it more progressive e.g. if you earn less than 1000 stars u get 10 containers.. and so so on and If your team win and y get let's say 3k stars (amount that should be easily reachable) y will get full rewards. Or something along those lines, so players will be motivated to contribute. I can easily imagine, that if there is such event next time, even more players will wait and they will drag down hard working team because of their greed.

Does mechanic drones gives 5 points instead of 10? They changed it like month ago to form 7 to 10, but yesterday I tested it and it was giving 5 per use. Is it bug, or intentional feature, since íts not in the patch notes.

Hi, I just saw that the status about Mobil update issues was removed, so I somehow assumed that problem is solved, but it seems in my country it still persists. I tried to restart phone, etc, but I still can't update app. And one last thing, is there any compensation in form progress of special missions, since it seems that at least half of special event i won't be able to get the the game. Thanks

Yes, the randomizer was set incorrectly from the start. And btw, just to your statement, that results can't be manipulated, (which i am not saying they are or not) to edit number of times I put someone's name on the list is the easiest thing to do. :)

Yep, with fixed amount of winners, not chances to win. I would take it, that for example y bought it 5 times, y win 5x.. not 21.. times. Give me one day, and I'll code y better randomizer :)
