Think about this: A buyer, 3rd lieutenant, m3 freeze m3 viking and python, but he can't play with major general and higher. A lot of people under the rank of colonel still don't have m3/m3 and paint. So this buyer guy will have to play with stupid noobs until he is a high rank. And pro players know how boring that is. Maybe give an option to BUY rank with money?
