Railgun doesn't have limitation to distance. Yes it does. dusseldorf is not a good place to test this. The map kolhoz which is probably the longest is the best. Believe me, aim a railgun form one end to the other at a tank, no matter how much you aim at it it will not hit.

You obviously didn't read the whole thing. All the current rank rules stay the same the only thing that changes is the new maximum rank rage from 7 to 9 As many people know players from recruit to corporal cant play with anyone higher than master corporal. That should stay like that, but the whole idea is changing the new rule for a maximum of 7 ranks range to 9 ranks.

He want's to create a DoT effect for firebird. But knowing that it is a nooby weapon, doing that will simply be overpowered. But guess what? If tier 2 version of isida gave tanks DoT effects increasing in damage and time as M is upgraded, it would be a nice unique and effective weapon. For those that don't know; DoT = Damage over Time effect

They didn't give them back because that was a fair thing to do, although harsh. What they have done here is discourage clan gameplay and making friends with people that are a lot of ranks ahead or behind. What about referrals? A marshal who got a friend to join will now have to wait even longer before playing together. Sure you can make a noob account, but if this person is a buyer? At wo4 he will have m3/m3 thunder/viking and your newly created account will be trash. Now you can't play with him and have fun until he is 1st lieutenant, which is months away from wo4 for a casual player.

Today when I logged on, I saw that any one battle can only span 7 ranks. Now don't get me wrong here, I think this is a good idea and it should have been made a long time ago. But, you may notice there is one MAJOR flaw. As you say, the minimum rank to join a clan is 3rd lieutenant. Now look at the picture, I am not allowed to play with anyone under the rank of 1st lieutenant. Many good clans are made up from marshals, and other lower ranks. Some of these players are 3rd and 2nd lieutenants, usually buyers. And what happens when a good player loses his account and can't retrieve it? We start a new account and buy buy buy crystals like mad men. Take a look at one of my members from my clan. His account (Major General) roki555 was stolen and can't be retrieved. His new account is Mr.Mystery.Man and as I said before, huge buyer. He is not a fast ranker, but he plays very good. My whole clan expected him to be back to play games with us when he reached wo5 and had m3 freeze m3 viking and python. But guess what? He can't! By the time he reaches 3rd lieutenant (1 diamond) most of our good players will be generals and marshals. Now we have to wait until he ranks up 2 more times?? That could take a month for him at the fastest. But you see my point, many clans can no longer play with their members in the 3rd-2nd lieutenant range, whether they are good or not. They can no longer play clan wars, clan practices. What about just friends? They don't have to be in a clan, now many people can't play with their friends, buyers or not buyers. You see, there is a limit that must be respected. And what I recommend is that the 7 rank range is changed to a 9 rank range. This small change could make a big difference. Please respect that.
