What the issue is (something not working, or working not the way it's supposed to) I just finished doing the Special Mission (Destroying 100 enemies with melee weapon). I also finished the 3 daily missions. Which means that I should have... I think the daily missions give 2 energy per mission?? not sure, nonetheless I should have 30+ energy. However when I go into the Dark Matter game it says I have only 2. What action (or series of actions) did you do to make it happen? Just finished the special mission. I did try to refresh the page and logging off and back in. Still the problem persists. Does it happen every time you do this action, or was is a one-time event? It is a 1 time event. Screenshot/video of the error. N/A.

I think I am stuck in a battle and now the game is stuck in the loading screen. So unfortunately I missed my first eSports today because Tanki basically didn't work. In the morning I tried to join a pro battle and since it went in the loading screen to take me to battle, I cannot enter since then. I tried everything; restarting PC, resetting router, resetting network configuration via Command Prompt, clearing cache, cookies, history, etc, trying Firefox and Edge instead of Chrome. Nothing worked. I missed my team's match for the tournament :( But my teammates are saying that it is still showing me in that Pro-Battle. And when I created another account via incognito mode, it works fine! So I think the problem is some sort of glitch keeping me stuck in that battle? Please fix it guys.

When you press the Esc button while in match, there is the "Invite Friends" option but it is greyed out. Can you only play with friends in Pro Battles only? -

Gauss is my favorite and main turret. It's great to kill unsuspecting campers and overall just great IMO. Very simple and basic, great for an all around turret to do everything on the map. Thunder is even more "simple" as it doesn't have the special lock on feature. My Gauss is MK7+20 while my Thunder is MK1. However I just unlocked EMP augment for thunder, arguably one the best augment although Thunder with its recent buff has tons of good augments (Vacuum, Hyperspeed, and Pulsar), however EMP is probably up there with them. And definitely the best augment I have for a turret along with Gauss Armor piercing. But EMP is better than Armor piercing, specially since quite a lot of people tend to have armor piercing protection. Anyway nonetheless, I was just thinking, as both Gauss and Thunder are similar turrets. What are some tactical differences in using them? How would a players playstyle differ when using the 2 turrets? Lets discuss guys. -

So for some reason I am always unable to complete that mission. For the past few weeks when we had the week long special missions, one which required you to get 100 kills with critical shots, I was unable to get them. And this weekend, even the 15 kills with critical shot, it seems like I wont reach it. That has me quite confused... because I complete the other missions easily. Like usually I am the top player in matches or at least top 3 if there are buyers with OP augments. And the other weird thing is one of the main reasons why I reach top score is because of getting a lot of kills, like some players will get high scores by capturing flags, scoring goals, taking control points, or even healing and etc... but generally my scores are high because of kills... so its very weird how I can never seem to complete that mission. Not even close too.. like in the weeks where we had to reach 100 kills with critical damage, I was finished with all my other missions but I hadn't even reached like 20 kills with critical. By the end of the week I wasn't even at 50, so not even halfway. This weekend I am at 4/15 kills, although we still have 1 more day left it means I got 2 per day (Friday and Saturday), so I doubt I'll get 11 Sunday. So based on how much kills I usually get in battles... its not really adding up. So I am just wondering if there is some sort of trick to do this? -

I just got Scorpion from container and I am confused (maybe because mine is only Mk0?) but when my rockets shoot at my opponent, unless they are very far away, it wont get them, it'll most of the time overshoot. However an opponent can shoot at me literally from a few meters away and the rockets will still get to me? Also another thing, unless I am hiding very close against a high wall/building, enemy's rockets are able to get me, however my rockets will miss even when opponent are just driving fast?? Will it get better with upgrade or do I need some sort of augment? -

Hopefully this won't get taken down. Farewell Tanki Online, Just wanted to say goodbye to the game and to all the players. I've been playing Tanki Online for almost 12 years, literally more than half my life. Started to play when I was only 12 in middle school and been playing until now (I am 23). It has been my favorite game for years and it's the only game I've played this consistently for this long. I've played under many different accounts and there have been periods where I hadn't played for months in between. However I always came back. Earlier this year after not playing Tanki online for almost a year I decided to come back, my goal was to take an account up to the highest rank of Generalissimo (as that was the highest rank when I started playing the game) because although I've had many different accounts, none were at the final rank . Created an account with the nickname "Generalissimo" (somehow no one had taken it) and I achieved the goal of finally having an account with the highest in game rank (now Legend). Although I may have continued to play the game I decided to stop because, frankly, it is no longer the same great game as it used to be. It's no longer fun or enjoyable. Most importantly, the developers of the game just do not care about the majority of the players. The final straw was the Patch Update #692, where the developers buffed the most overpowered augment Helios. Literally all players know that Ricochet with Helios is without a doubt the most overpowered turret, and somehow the developers thought it would be a good idea to give it another buff. This was the end for me. That showed me that developers absolutely do not care about the players. All they want to cater to are the few that spend money on this game. Look, I get it, its a business and you all have to make money somehow. I understand that but there should be a balance, and the game is nowhere near a balance between making money and giving the players an enjoyable experience. When you are up against players that buy and have equipment such as Paladin with Crisis drone using turrets like Twins with EMP or Ricochet with Helios, they're practically impossible to defeat, like even with an entire team. That's just not fun honestly. Like I said, I've been playing this game for a decade now and not to sound too full of myself, but I consider myself pretty good. But up against buyers with overpowered combos, even I can't win against them. Tanki Online is really near and dear to me; its what I've been playing for pretty much my childhood, teen, and young adult life. When I had other friends playing Fortnite, Overwatch, PUBG, I was grinding away in this game. I had a lot of great moments in this game. I made a lot of friends. Tanki Online is also special in my life because it is where I met my first girlfriend. We met playing this game and we were together for 4 years, so thank you Tanki Online for that. There is a saying in my culture, and I believe it fits here well when it comes to Tanki Online, "I love it, but it doesn't love me back". It's just not worth it anymore. So thank you everyone. Thank you. Like, I've seen that post before. It says the DDoS attack was the reason for the problems of the past 2 weeks, It didn't say anything about the game shutting down completely. I know another post talked about how the game will be closed for maintenance, but I didn't know when or how long it was supposed to last.

The game doesn't work at all right now right? I know for the past 2 weeks its been having trouble while players are in the game... but today and yesterday, I haven't even been able to enter at all. I am not the only one correct?

No doubt the absolute most OP augment right now in the game. Now I do use a light hull so I wonder how players will either medium or heavy hulls fare. Or even heavy hulls with the defender drone?

Gauss is still the best Turret by FAR! Wouldn't trade it for any other turret except probably Ricochet with Helios augment.

Yeah I think the server is having issues, but the matchmaking is more of just a problem with the game itself.

Maybe your Hornet has Heavyweight Construction augment? I feel like with my Wasp, the Heavyweight Construction (which I use because it provides stability when aiming with my Gauss), makes me a tad slower and definitely decreases my acceleration. So Medium hulls can catch up as I am accelerating, but once I get to my max speed, I trail away from them. -

Yeah, definitely wouldn't upgrade ALL. Yes, I think this is the standard. Yeah, hopefully I'll save enough to upgrade a few Hulls to MK-7; I already have Wasp and Dictator at MK-7, but Hornet is at MK-5 and Viking at MK-6. I didn't really like Hunter before but now its OD is way to OP, instant kill for everyone around it, but it's still at MK-1. Yeah this is basically what I am doing, Wasp and Gauss is my combo and were my first MK7, they're at MK7-12. Gauss is for my by FAR the best Turret, I don't see the need for anything else at the moment. But hulls I have Dictator MK7 too and Hornet MK5 and Viking MK6. Brutus is at MK20, now upgrading the Booster drone. I thinking bringing up what your combo does worst against is very important and you're the only one that brought it up. As I stated, as a Wasp user my main defense is my speed, I don't worry about Freeze, Fire, Isida, and Tesla because I don't even let them get close. Twins, Ricochet, and Hammer are similar, but obviously still have a bit longer range, nonetheless in a big map I don't worry about them as well. So my main weakness are definitely the longer range types. As a light hull user I just accept getting killed by shaft. It's a sniper gun, just don't leave yourself out in the open I guess. Plus I use Gauss, so I can also just sneak kill them with the sniper mode. -

TL;DR Focus on upgrading a few turrets you despise. Or upgrade a wider variety that you don't like so you can switch to them depending on the most dangerous enemy players. I have 3 slots available and 3 modules at Mk-4. That's 20% protection against the turret. I don't know if I should keep upgrading them or if I should invest in other modules as well, in case enemy players don't have any turrets of which I have protection against. Like I have protection against which I think are (maybe were) OP turrets; Striker, Hammer, and Vulcan. My primary hull is Wasp, speed is my best defense, I don't worry about the close range turrets (Fire, Freeze, Isida, Tesla) because I simply don't let them get near me. Anyway I was in a battle where no enemy (well the good players) had the 3 turrets I had protection against. So I thought, rather than focusing on those 3, should I just slowly upgrade all (maybe not all but a wider array; more than my 3 slots allows)? The thing is unlike other games where patches are rare and happen only when an equipment is really effecting the gameplay in a negative way (either too OP or nerfed) , for Tanki Online, as they say "it is not the bug, but the feature", i.e. every week the equipment are drastically changed so what was OP last week may be nerfed or vice-versa. This obviously helps the P2W players since they just buy whatever is good this week. But lets not get into this. However I will add, the reason I got Vulcan protection was that a few weeks ago Vulcan was way too strong, all the 9999 buyers had that on and would destroy tanks in a few seconds, but now Vulcan is just back to being normal (even without the module btw), so feels like the module is a waste. -

So a Youtuber said that you will get better things if you open 15 containers at once rather than opening up containers individually or even 5 or 10 at once. Now IDK how true this is but ever since then I've been opening only 15 containers and I've been getting a LOT better stuff. Like each time I open up 15 I always get a good augment. I feel like when you open 15 you're bound to get a legendry item whereas opening each individually there's less chances each time; but again, IDK exactly how it works I just know what's happening to me. This leads to me wondering if this is why developers only give 14 Ultra Containers when there is a special event. Always 7 for completing all and 7 for each mission. So that players don't open all 15 at once and get something really good. If this is the case, its shocking how much (it's obviously they already are, but this shows the extent of it) anti-non paying players the developers are. If not, please just give us 15 Ultras so we can open 15 all at once xD.
