No, there is no hacks in ClientPlus itself, only what is possible that he used some additional program which runs with ClientPlus to hack. But ClientPlus have no hacks inside, It has all things which Tanko has.

FlashEX is different from ClientPlus. In ClientPlus you cant change textures like in FlashEX which is against rules thats why people get block. ClientPlus is like Tanko.

Smoky/Hammer is better in those maps, So you can go for one of those which you like better. And Vulcan XT you can only get by finishing Super daily mission which is available only to Generalissimos and Legend ranks or by buying premium account and buying XT from your garage, but you need Marshal rank to get it.
