Admins can add message to their profile there, like this:

Minotaur is not so good anymore since they added self-damage to twins. I would save for Annihilator because I prefer viking over dictator, viking is just better. And in higher ranks you would use viking more also.

Well yeah if you face to face some heavy hull then you're dead, but doesnt mean combo is bad and it doesn't work. In DM you can easily camp with Wasp/Smoky, it depends on map but it's possible. For CP I kinda agree, wasp would be too weak for that but also depends on map, it's bad in Polygon CP for sure.

Not true, Wasp is good even in high ranks, I mostly play with wasp/smoky, it's fun combo to annoy enemy.

I would say Twins but since they added self-damage to twins then I will say Thunder is the best M1 for low ranks. Yeah get Hornet, you're still far from getting a kit, and I'm sure you can earn enough crystals to buy kit when you're right rank. 1: Stick to Wasp/Smoky, you'll get better at aiming if you play more with it. You can also try Wasp/Fire but thats for some smaller map better. 2: Wasp+Smoky/Thunder is pretty fun to play with and it is useful in some cases, Wasp is fast but not as strong so you would want to use viking in smaller maps.
