It's not just making a new weapon and implent it in the game; they have to do months of planning, calculating and whatnot to make it perfectly balanced with the rest of the guns.

Yeah, I hate it when I encounter railguns when I have zeus on... I thought rico's were everywere. well they are... I still see them a lot. But I use thunder; with zeus; which forces me to go in mid-distance maps. It's not bad there; but I really have to think of not hurting myself. I also bought Zeus because it fits with the sound of thunder. :lol:
