It's used in the stick arena forums (former game I've been playing for more the 3 years :mellow:) you can write whatever you want there... no rules. The posts you make there will not be saved in your profile. when a moderator sees a useless topic in the forums; he can just move it to spammerland. Only players that are logged in at the forums will be able to see the spammerland section.

But which program do you use to open it? I can't find flash player at my PC... and I'm sure I have it; otherwise playing this game would be impossible. Can you open it with adobe reader? Because I tried; and adobe doesn't want to open it... it says the file is damaged; or not decoded correctly.
