It was released before isida, and I thought that I saw a mod type somewhere that isida was the only 1.5 weapon.. Do the tiers matter, people? No! Just the descriptions!

If you guys think about it, do the categories really matter? The topic name is "Turret Descriptions", and that's all that I wanted to do.

I think that weapons of each tier are released in waves; Twins, smoky, firebird, and railgun were all released a few months before isida's premier, and after that long period of no new weapons, thunder, freeze, and ricochet were introduced to the public garage. After another 6 months or so, shaft finally came. If you count all those 'waves', shaft would be 2.5. =)
