Impossible, since humans would have to update them, finding every new swear word daily is not possible. Humans would be more...customizable... to each situation, anyways.

I have been in games with about 3 moderators and administrator, and I said dang and darnit multiple times without a single warning from any of them.

I was banned for 165 hours (a week) for calling somebody on the forums an imbecile. I don't understand; that word is used in kids' shows! And to respond to you, meatman, "damn" is typically assumed, by the people I live around, to be careless, cruel, heartless, and derogatory in many ways. If you can't gain anything by saying it, why say it (or type it) at all?

Not necessarily. Russians and Americans have somewhat diverse cultures, to say the least. With each culture comes its own traditions, customs, and sadly, derogatory slang. What I am saying is that new swear words will develop from every culture on Earth, and your proposed "boterators" will have a very hard time identifying every new word that degrades someone in some profound way. Not only is it illogical, it is almost impossible. While humans, on the other hand, can quickly adapt; and with resources such as Google, we can easily figure what any word means, fictional or not.

Maturity is, in my opinion, the ability to go against the majority if they are doing something morally wrong. For example, having premarital sex, bullying a certain group of people, swearing online (Ahem!), doing drugs, or being in a gang that violates the law. I hope that everybody reading this has those qualities.
