You understood the tutorial? Did it have enough detail?

That's the thing. When I was learning (still am) how to use Photoshop I looked up specific tutorials. For example, how to use the magic wand or something. This is meant to guide someone in the general direction, not a specific detailed explanation. I understand that might not be what people are looking for. If it is heavily requested I will make another one of these with detailed explanations. I might even make a video because then it'll be easier to explain. :P Thanks.

Hey guys. I decided to make a quick tutorial. Don't be judging, I made this in about 30 mins. If you want a quality piece of art, spend a lot of time on it, I made this one quick just for demonstration sake. And I'm a little rusty, haven't made anything in a while. So here we go. Here's what we will be making: Step 1 Get yourself a background image where a tank could be positioned for it to look nice. I got this one here: Not the best, but usable. Step 2 Open Tanki Viewer and screen shot the tank in the right angle to fit in your image, like I did: You might not get it on the first try. I didn't. Step 3 Add the tank to Photoshop and crop out the grey background. You can use the magic tool for this. Step 4 Add some effects such as contrast and change up the color of the tank as well as the background to make everything blend. Step 5 This is very important and you must do this very precisely. Add shadows under your tank, make it look as realistic as possible. I suggest looking at some of other people's work for examples on how you should do this. Step 6 More effects. Just making things look nicer: Step 7 Get some additional images such as the Tanki Online logo. Step 8 More effects :) And you're basically done. Again, this was very simple and I did not get into detail. If you would like more please reply saying so. I would be happy to do more if lots of people want me to. Tell me if you want me to explain in more detail. And of course, I also have room for improvement. If there is anything you would like to say about this image please feel free, I'm all ears. It's good that you can control yourself, others aren't as fortunate as yourself.

Question: Are abbreviated curses allowed? Such as what I used in my previous post. Another Question: Does that +16 on the bottom left of the page mean that users must be above the age of 16 to even be on this forum? Because if so, then the use of swear words to express yourselves should at least be permitted. Not saying I would excessively use them but sometimes you find the need to say them.

I don't intend on contesting your position as a criticizer, although I may go H.A.M on some people that make stupid posts.

Ooh, and just a tip for the next Topic you make. The colors you chose for the text is terrible, that dull red and bright green with a gray background looks dreadful.

I'm not trying to be mean. But I felt I had to get that out.

No where does it state criticizing forbidden, and this is the only mention of criticism in the rules and it doesn't apply to players/forum users. I hate "moderators" who look for trouble where there is none, people like you disgust me. If you're given the responsibility do make sure everyone else is doing what's right, shouldn't you to be doing exactly that. (I am criticizing, therefore this post isn't breaking any rules.) And just so people don't get confused, when I say "people like you", I mean authorities in any types of communities that are more trouble makers than peacekeepers. And also I'm assuming you're someone like that based on this post, I don't frequent the forums so I wouldn't know if you do this a lot. But I'm assuming you are, and I'm probably correct.

Ok, first of all, your text settings (font, size, ect..) doesn't define "who you are". Second, I kind of understand why you might want to do it for other people to know you as "the guy who makes his post a really annoying color, increases his text size and changes his font from the default that everyone else uses; as a trademark".

Umm, you misunderstood me, did you even read the rest of my post? I was questioning him on why he changed his post from the default settings and I added to my question "why did he increase text size".

Sorry, this isn't related to the topic but I feel it's important to ask you why did you find it necessary to change the text color to red and use a different font? EDIT: And increase text size.
