As skitee and others have said, there is alternativa editor, in which you can make maps(with the actual tanki props), and these maps can be used in tanki, and TTT(tankstestingtool). the program is free, you can download it here. whoever, with the new game mode(CP) the old alternativa editor is outdated, and to make maps with CP you need the new version, which is currently only availble for mapmakers(I think). Anyone can ask me anything (within limit), its just when (I think you) told me that koolwalky was sending people to me when he could have done it himself XP. and I did make this, as shadybig has said.

true...kinda. Lower ranks can know asmuch about the game(sometimes even more), but they often know less...overall, the higher ranks will have played for longer, and be more skilled, and know more about the game, and the opposite is true for low ranks, OVERALL.

I think its a good update, Its nice to see what ranks people are, and I doubt any there is going to be any MORE people being insulted because of there rank, it was done before this came out.

Good work. Its a good map, but I think a few things could be improved. Maybe make it more open, so there isnt so much division between the 2 bases... Put a few more wall at the bottom, so it isnt just a (fairly) big flat open plane. Remove some of the walls at the top? because you have some broken down walls, but I think removing part of the wall might be good. And the last one...This is just me being a perfectionist.....walls around the edge of the map. Either straight ones making it impossible to all off, or angled ones, forming a nice edge, or straight ones going down, making it easy to fall off. Could you send it to me, I would like to have a closer look at it, also respawn points? You have probably just hideen them, but It would be nice to see where they are, and have you included CP? I think it could work well in it.

Because people still hack. Tanki cant just stop hackers, as long as people try and hack they will find ways to get round the anti cheat system.
