There's a big difference between "prototype" and "final product" :P I think they'll start working on those new stuff right now, since they are done with physics and micros. Although they are still busy with the new interface.

No, I don't remember. I don't remember exactly if last's year quest was only for russians, but I've managed to get the paint too. And many other english players too. After all, the hints were on the maps we all could play.

Burning damage - it's a damage, which depends on your weapon modification. It's effective on enemy tanks since you start shooting with your firebird. The more red the enemy tank, the higher the burning damage. As the the tank goes back to normal color, the burning damage costantly decreases until disappearing.

The prize is the same for all 3 communities. 200 supplies and a paint (for a week) was the prize of the last year's quest. And even in that case, it was for all 3 communities.

My railgun does 183 damage and hornet m3 has 166 hp, but I never managed to kill one in a shot. Or at least a pair of times I think I did, but I can't be sure they were full health. As said, other people upgrade their tanks too, and the damage varies between 100 and 150, the weapon doesn't always hit with the maximum force. The majority of the shots cause around 125 damage (the medium value).
