No you can't take part in your tournament. This means that a team has to grow as they members rank then.

Not really, the tournament is fully administrated by its creator(s), who take responsibility for its quality and functioning. In case of a well done job, after the tournament is over, the administration may decide to fund it with some crystals. Suggested this, looks like there is not enough time to collect feedback. And, quoting the words, "new cybersport rules are not so unpleasant". I might be able to post some extract here or in a dedicated topic, we'll see. Stay tuned.
