Replace the bonus column in the end-of-game screen

The War is over...please replace the bonus column in the final read-out.  Right now it is very difficult to figure out why someone is getting very high rewards versus other players.  The red Premium badge is not showing up much anymore, but the rewards seem very out of proportion so it is difficult to determine why some players make such outrageous rewards for almost equivalent scores.

If space must be saved, get rid of D/L (K/D) ratio since that is much easier to calculate in your head.  Looking at the rewards and not knowing the why of the reward system is frustrating enough already even when the bonus column was present, but at least it was a bit more transparent.

Also get rid of the nuclear sign on maps or tell us what it is going to be used for.  On several maps it has replaced valuable box drops locations that have not been replaced elsewhere...Tribute for one lost one of it's two repair kits for this seemingly pointless sign.

The reward system is well explained here by @Hexed

I don't think it's that confusing to divide by 2 to know the normal reward of someone (without premium)

While D/L ratio for me isn't that easy to calculate, i'd definitely need a calculator on some cases

Here's an idea for a change in the interface:

GET RID OF MATCHMAKER.

MatchMaker is a steaming pile of excrement.

And it's just one LIE after another.

23hmxhu.jpg

And after it FINALLY kicked in, I got dumped into a game with just 3 minutes left.

Like waiting for games?

Like no choice in battles?

Like getting dumped into losing battles?

Like getting dumped into games that are almost over?

Like hugely unbalanced teams and being on the losing end of a massive slaughter?

Like the way your teammates abandon you in an instant, leaving your team undermanned and doomed to lose?

Then you must LOVE MatchMaker!

MatchMaker is a failed experiment.

END MATCHMAKE NOW!

With a recent update, a big problem has surfaced.  How are you supposed to find a specific battle map you want to play now that the names are not legible?

That's the whole point of MatchMaker!  It's just one on-going carnal knowledge fest involving your anal sphincter. And now it's in the pay-to-play games.

Get rid of the "Average waiting time" for the queue dialog box since it means nothing anyway.

Previously you could click Quick Battle and the wait time might show 1 minute.  Exit and click it immediately and it could show 9 seconds.  Click again and it might show 30 seconds.  Now since some update or other it almost never shows more than a few seconds but it still takes minutes to get into a battle....4 seconds waiting time, but it might take 1 1/2 minutes to get into a battle.

Basically there seems to be no connection between "Average waiting time" and the average waiting time, so why have it?  It is obviously just an arbitrary number.  Get rid of it.

A good idea for the current system would be to select what game mode you want to play in, and then be given a choice of a general map size. Personally, I have invested a lot into my Magnum turret, so it's not really designed for close combat. That's why, once you choose a game mode, you can choose a map size of small (i.e. bridges), medium (i.e. sandbox), large (i.e. Esplande), and extra large (i.e. lost temple).

I don't know where to add this, but the idea is to help all non buyers on their road to becoming a LEGEND!!

containers have been an asset in this game, and not so long ago they were added to mission chains..

now I had the idea for the warrant ranks up, you get a certain amount of containers once you reach the next rank..

no it is not some desperate attempt to get some containers, but more of a way to get a reward..for the exp you had earned to reach the next rank.

tanki devs, I hope you consider this opportunity. this kind of update can help struggling high rankers with little money and a bunch of m0s at a m2 rank succeed (or help).

   thank you

The pro-battle list is impossible.  Let people name battles but have the map's name unchangeable and in both English and Russian, or at least an abbreviation in English and Russian

Since they started naming pro-battles I don't even bother looking any more since it is a pointless waste of time.  I just create what i want to play in and wait for others to join.

I like your idea of an unchangeable abbreviation in RU and EN

ui_lockout_while_waiting.png

When I'm waiting to be placed into battle (or i'm on the loading screen) I can't use any of the UI items. I can't access Chat, Garage, settings, friends, etc. That's kind of annoying.

My idea is to not do this. When you bring up the Matchmaking dialog ("Preparing to Battle"), the only thing that becomes locked is the battle menu (the place where you choose what game mode to join). While this dialog is up, you can still use all the other UI elements such as Chat, Shop, Garage, all those little buttons at the top. Opening Garage while waiting will open the "in-battle" version (where the window is transparent), just like if you'd opened it while in a battle, so you can check the status of your waiting :) Like this:

in_battle_garage.png

The buttons should also be clickable on the loading screen, and opening Garage there will also open the in-battle version.

What do you think of this?

:)

This is a good idea.  Even just getting into chat would be acceptable, but just sitting waiting is annoying...especially with that irritating "average waiting time" utter and complete LIE glaring at you.

That's part of the design of MatchMaker.  Make you wait an absurd amount of time, stick you in a battle you don't want to play on a map your equipment isn't right for, don't even tell you what map it is so you have to enter before you can bail, and - oh yeah!  Odds are you're gonna be dumped in a LOST BATTLE because the last 6 people MatchMaker dumped in the battle bailed early and the team is nothing but spawn kill noobs.

How do you fix all that?

END MATCHMAKER NOW!

An even better idea?  END MATCHMAKER!  Seriously.  The "average waiting time" is just a lie.   Can you imagine what battles would be like when you wait 2 minutes to get into a game and everyone else is in chat waiting for the game to start - so it starts, and no one shows up?

Everyone seems to forget that we USED to have a system where the average waiting time to get into a battle was about 10 seconds.  Then the Tanki Devs came up with MatchMaker and we've all been screwed ever since.

Actually, this message should just say, "We raped you again!"

Yeah, this little jewel of getting kicked from the queue is just another in the long line of insults to a minority of players.

I don't think Tanki care a bit that they made the game worse.  Every time we log in we are telling them MM is OK.  I have seen almost no drop in the number of players that log in now as opposed to just before MM started.  We the players have voted for Trump and MM. May the gods have mercy upon us.

block sending notifications about events, esports, etc... for who under the rank .

for example : when i visited the esports page about TOF TANDEM, i was disappointed due to unability to register myself in . .... also others was and will be, so blocking it until reaching the specified rank will decrease the SADNESS level in the game between players. then, a better play experience for the new players

My idea is to improve the gameplay with the weapons isida, vulcan, twins, freezer and firebird with a new mode that allows you to turn the turret and shoot at the same time

Please add an option in the options menu to display either GearScore when you press r or v, OR the previous modification / microupgrade level and turret / hull as before. Or perhaps, there could also be an option to display both.

Right now, the Gearscore system is not meaningful for many players, as can be seen from the complaints in the Gearscore topic in General discussion, and on the thread. The small text with Gearscore is also very hard to read in Battle with moving tanks.

It is quite possible to exploit the system by having a tank with high modifications, and keeping your supplies / battery counts low, and only buying enough of what you need for several battles, this way players can seem to have weaker tanks which are in fact much stronger than their GS suggests.

There are also situations where knowing the micrupgrade level of a players turret / hull can be very useful, for instance if a player had a highly upgraded turret but a low upgrade hull you will know to target them, as they will take relatively few shots to kill and also can have their aim knocked off easily, but will deal high damage.

Please add this option, it would please many players and allow both the GS and old system to be used depending on what the player wants.

-This may already have been suggested-

Make the battles in Battle List be in Alphabetical order to the map's names and regardless on the name of the battle (generated by the maker of the battle) This'll greatly help in Differentiating XP/BP battles from the rest as a player playing XP/BP battles only has to look for a certain map to play XP/BP such as Sandbox,Zone, etc. (I don't play XP/BP so I don't know many) And other people can easily look for the Silence Parkour, Silence CTF Full supplies, Noise Full Supplie battles, etc.

Show me MUs while pressing v

I have no idea what I am up against when I press v now.

I want to know the MU of each of the player's equipment now when I press v. The GS doesn't tell me anything. I might as well look at the player's rank for a solid estimate of how good his/her equipment is.

Also, the GS is too hard to read. The MUs were written in large font tbh.
