Ideas for the Interface

That idea will not help keep a lot of player from leaving. Improving camera angle, fixing bugs and manage game balance will.
There is improvement to be made to the UI, but not from 100% copy-pasting from flash.  Plus this is not simple task, and potentially additional/duplication work in the future.

Why didn't they keep the skins until they finish the design of New skins???

They didn't need to remove It from game. Now the battles are monotonous and boring(more than before).

To tell the truth, the only skin i look at is my skin, so i don't really see changes.

Yes. HTML5 interface is full of details, animations, and that slows down performance a lot.

Developers should STOP worrying about beauty and details, and worry about players' computer performance first.

What is the use of creating another client if he is worse?

Yes it will.

A lot of players will stop playing when Flash Player version be discontinued, because the tanki devs didnt worry about performance when created the new Tanki Online Client, but in beauty, animations, details... And who have a old computer, can't run the game like in Flash Player version. The FPS is insufficient to have a nice gameplay.

And they lied about HTML5 interface, its not optimized, but has delay and slowness.

They already used this excuse when we asked them to let us use old tank/gun skins before the graphics change. Guess what we have now in the shop? ?

That is completely different from what is discussed here and they should take place here: What would make the HTML5 version awesome FOR YOU? 

As for this specific topic: Replicating the old interface visual will not keep player staying as Tanki is not defined by just an old-fashioned interface.

It's obvious that they can't copy code from Flash Player interface to HTML5...

We are talking about two different languages, ActionScript(Flash Player) x HTML


The suggestion is exactly to RE-CREATE the interface to be as similar as possible to the Flash Player, to decrease the details, animations, and slightly increase our performance in the game.

Just like in battles, you should create a beautiful interface, for good computers (the one that already exists) and one more concerned with performance and gameplay, without many details, not so good graphics...

The interface also implies performance.


The HTML5 game interface is only favoring powerful computers, but the Flash player has a beautiful yet simple interface, which causes great performance on any computer. Hence the need to create an equal, similar, or even better interface.

There is no way to talk about interface if not talking about the costs of RAM, processor... That is, performance.

The topic also DOES NOT SUGGEST TO REMOVE THE NEW INTERFACE, but to ADD an interface and be able to select it through a button.
If you think the interface is old-fashioned, you will can feel free to choose the other one.

But the game has to think about optimization, and not go out creating heavy and slow interfaces.

Do not forget that the game is made up of many players with old machines, and many of them are not in a position to buy a new, more powerful one.

There is on animation under Flash and 2 under HTML5, that  is not much. There is prob more image under HTML5, than flash. But if you PC cannot handle it, then it must be already have difficulty to keep up with Flash.
Animation under flash use flash, so after flash is dead your old-interface will use the same HTML5 animation tech (unless you want a fixed picture?). 
Old take should not drag tanki behind and prevent Tanki to grow and explore more. You might ask devs to make a low resolution interface or it is time for you to get a better pc because new skins and feature are coming and if you can't cope with current HTML5 that is not going to get better even with the copy-past of the old UI.

Wrong the client is actually the best thing to cut time (try to play with the web only), as everything is already on your computer, including the tool for the animation.

I'm not talking about removing the HTML5 version, but I want you to add a cleaner interface, without as many details and animations as these strange shadows in battles, HTML5 popup's, loading screen, lighting on battle objects, etc ... Which is exactly the interface of Flash Player. I have no problem with the FP interface, I play with 60fps, no crashes, lags ...

Tanki online is a game for weak computers. If I want to buy a powerful computer, this will be for today's games, or for recording gameplays. But buy a good computer TO PLAY TANKI ONLINE ??? Are you kidding ... The problem with this game is precisely the optimization, a Celeron 2.40Ghz processor and 4GB of ram, it is enough in the FP version. Why not in the HTML5 version?

Yeah. Imo we don’t need new skins. They’re one of the main things that physically differentiate one modification from another. Besides the M1,M2 skins weren’t ugly.

Unfortunately I don't remember it. Both could be accessible for sure and select a button to change from one to another.

Vocês precisam mudar a posição do botao do tiro carregado de algumas torretas na versão mobile, atrapalha muito na hora de virar a câmera para os lados

The OP didn't say anything about copy-pasting the code. Devs decided to create this existing HTML5 UI that everybody hates. They could've created it look just like the flash version, but they chose not to. Devs can create a flash-like UI anytime they want & add a button like OP said. It's not easy & obviously it can't be done by copy-pasting the code, but it's not impossible. 

Will it bring back the players who left the game already.? That's a different question.

I think many old players are fed up with money hungry Alternativa & won't come back to play TO seriously. It'll be a surprise if this game makes it to the end of 2021

I know it's a precious memory to some people, but seeing as it is fated to go out, why not just end it now? By slowly stripping Flash of features, many players are becoming dissatisfied and Tanki is having to spend a lot of time and resources to make sure Flash keeps running. There is no point on trying to keep flash alive longer, because if it will keep losing features then it's not getting the ending it truly deserves anyways. If tanki just pulls the plug on it now and ends it, then they can focus more on HTML5 and make it more playable for devices which are not as modern.
