It's sad and incomprehensible that even high-ranking players often don't know what the goal is in the game modes 'Siege', 'Rugby' and 'Assault'.
I recommend that while the player is waiting to enter the game in the garage, a graphic or animation should be displayed that shows the essence of the game mode.
Maybe then more people will know what the game is about.

Please add names to the received rewards from the containers. Nowadays, no Paint name, or Augment's name is shown in container rewards.

For some turret that has two firing options : Arcade and aiming/salvo and , we can't see their arcade reload time after they shot their aiming/salvo shot. For example : Tesla, scorpion, gauss and shaft. 

To fix this : Another reload bar should be added for them which will indicate the reloading process for the arcade mode, so these turret will have two reloading bar : 1 for arcade and the other for aiming/salvo

I don't think this will be added.

1) more loading bars = more interface clutter.

2) the secondary reload is usually quick, so a reload bar wouldn't help.

The only reason turrets like Twins and Smoky have a reload bar is because hiding it would require extra work.

I think that the singular reload bar is intentional as it forces you to memorize when to shoot using the alternate fire mode, bringing another level of complexity to turrets with dual fire-modes, but...

In Flash version, we were able to accept missions from the missions tab when the server restart countdown started. I am utterly disappointed by the fact that we can't claim now in HTML version. I was facing server lags whole day and I barely managed to complete missions and upon server restart I couldn't even accept those, and my rewards have been lost. Please allow us to accept the missions. What's funny is the hotkeys for chat and announcements etc. work but there are no hotkeys for Garage/Missions etc. if one wants to toggle complete via keyboard, so allow toggling via keyboard too, like in other games!

I don't know why you say it's unnecessary, when unnecessary are also skins, paints, augments, etc. and they're in the game.

It's their decision if they ever want to add this feature, but other players would certainly want it too.

It was in flash but no longer in HTML5, and this makes logic as well, while opening 1 container only 1 container should be shown being open inthe container's Interface, while opening multiple containers more then 1 containers should be shown  being open, this makes more logic , like you get 1 item from each container and 15 container from each container aswell? Isn't it A weird thing?

I think it's not that big of a deal to spend any time changing it. 99% of people opening containers care only about the items they get from containers, and not whether the opening animation is accurate or not. As long as 15 keys give you 15 items, it's fine.

Some of the descriptions in the garage give the statistics for the augments when they were first introduced to the game instead of the augments in their current state, which can lead to misconceptions about what an augment actually does. For example, the description for the cryotron augment for twins in the garage still says it applies the effect on every shot, when it now only applies the effect on critical hits.

When our ally JGR gets destroyed or an enemy JGR gets destroyed, then new ones become JGR, both message : ''Enemy Juggernaut has joined the battle'' and ''Ally Juggernaut has joined the battle'' should be changed to ''[Player} has become the Juggernaut'' (message in blue if ally or in red if enemy). Basically changing the notification message back how it was when original Team Juggernaut got added, I think it's more relevant to know who's Juggernaut rather than the actual message. https://prnt.sc/mfOQYP8kYUDv

Tbh, that's a better idea , there should also be sfx from solo jgr that would only be visible to the player who is juggernaut,

 

EDIT:  also if the sfx of solo jgr cannot be there for some reason, then there should be a soundtrack as you become the jgr , like a sped up soundtrack , just like in among us you become the seeker and a soundtrack start playing on the background

We can now copy messages from that new chat history, which is pretty cool for translation purposes etc. But instead of having to select the whole text by hand, why isn't there some button that copies the whole message when clicked? Maybe some small button to the left of the each message, or whatever is preferred. Would be a very nice QoL addition, I feel like.

Whenver we complete any missions in Tanki Online, we have to claim their rewards. Each day we complete multiple missions of multiple categories (Daily, Weekly, etc.), and claim the rewards afterwards. But since there are so many types of missions (Daily, Weekly, etc.), and we have to scroll through every single tab to claim of the rewards of the completed missions in that category, it's so time-consuming, especially for players like me who have multiple accounts. So why not introduce a "Claim All Rewards' button in the game which would appear in the mssions section, followed by the different mission tabs. It would be really convenient, especially during the days when we have to play the game a lot, such as during events like Tanki Birthday, Halloween, Christmas, etc., which give boosted experience points and all. It would save literally 5 minutes of my time daily. It may not sound like a lot, but in the long term it definitely is.

Use E/Q buttons to navigate through mission tabs so you don't need to backout/scroll. Then press Enter to claim all the completed missions of that tab. Will take you 5 seconds max.
