I was thinking that engineer should  have increased healing range. why? I feel like 30m radius is really small for a max drone that only works when picking up drop boxes and having not enough range to be effective. So I propose the the max healing range should be increased to 45-50m radius. 45m Ideally

So right now, after activating overdrive, you won't be able to charge up overdrive through battle points. Like, even if you killed 9 players with wasp bomb, the OD charging won't be affected by that killing. So I suggest to let driver drone to charge up the OD with any kills, even if the kills were in the period when you cant chsrge up OD for a while after you OD.

So basically you are saying to charge up your Overdrive faster through kills of the Overdrive itself. I don't exactly think how it can be beneficial or useless, so I would prefer other people's opinion on this.

Well there's a reason why you Can't charge up your od in that period - you could basically use your od to charge it up again almost to 100%. Unlimited overdrive - sounds balanced.

If you're looking at it pedantically then Driver does gives Overdrive charge during an Overdrive's score penalty/active charge cooldown. The unfortunate problem is that both the Driver boost and the paramater it works with to give the boost is so small. And most of all, it is intentional that the drone is weak in its current state. As much as I'd like to see Driver become useful again at endgame, it likely won't happen, at least not in the foreseeable future.

I just think it would make sense for kills to contribute anytime, unless you have full OD.

Make basic amounts of supplies easier to receive perhaps from a special container similar to the weekly containers specifically for supplies with increasingly difficult mission to receive them.

 

I currently have been playing tanki for multiple hours a day almost every day for months however I noticed that it is actually easier to progress when you only play on say the weekend or 1 day a week. Because on every other day you will be spending all the crystals you earn and more on supplies. For example I have spent over 200,000 crystals on Sunday just buying repair kits. 1,300 repair kits. It is now Tuesday and I just ran out and am very low on crystals still because I make only 2000 crystals per battle even if I come first with premium which I often will. That is 13 repair kits. Usually you use more per battle even with brutus drone, and that just 1 supply. I know that containers make it easy to get supplies but when it takes less than an hour to complete all of your weekly and daily missions and then you only receive about 400 of each supply max for that whole week it is incredibly hard to have a net-gain of crystals.

 

Im not saying supplies should be given out for free im saying that supplies should be harder to get from missions but given in larger quantities. Therefore those who play the game more will have more supplies than those who play less when currently it is the opposite. The less often  or more inconsistently you play the more supplies you have.

IDEA FOR A NEW EXOTIC DRONE

Name: Hazard

This drone brings a new status effect to the game which is called Acid!

 

 

How does acid works:

Tanks who has this status effect on them are unable to get healed by any Turrets, Overdrives or Repair kit. (You can't use Repair kit during this status effect. There is no way to heal yourself when you have this status effect applied on you.)

It also breaks hull augments, meaning If they have immunity against burning, and they get Acid status effect applied on them, They are no longer immune to the burning status effect while the Acid status effect is on them!

When the Acid status effect is gone from the Tank they get a so called Antidote which gives them immunity against the Acid status effect, preventing them from being under Acid non-stop. After the Antidote is over you can apply the Acid on them again.

This drone is Passive (no cooldown), so whenever enemies come in the range of the drone They get the Acid status effect. (when enemies are just spawning you will give them Acid after the spawning immunity is over!)

Additionally, like all Drones, Hazard provides a passive bonus to the strength of Boosted Armor and Boosted Damage.

Downside: If the drone gives someone Acid but you didn't see them or they managed to survive, and they get antidote after the status effect is over, they can kill you with ease since the drone cannot give Acid until the Antidote is active on the tank. Basically your Drone will be like Brutus when you can't apply Acid to the enemy.

Advantage: Provides all time complete Immunity against Acid status effect (People with the same drone can't apply Acid to each other.)

 

My suggestions for the Parameters of the drone:

Range (m): 20 - 40

Duration of Acid (s): 5 - 10 

Duration of Antidote (s): 20

Boosted Armor supply's effect strength (%): 50 - 100

Boosted Damage supply's effect increase (%): 50 - 100

 

NOTE: This drone idea was made because of my idea for an augment to Tesla which gives you the ability to heal! If you are interested please check in the Ideas and Suggestions for Augments.

So this is a really powerful drone when it is maxed out. especially then there are multiple teamates with it. I played a rugby game where there was only 2 people with it, and they mined the entire area, so nobody could even get close to getting a touchdown. I think that the spacing of the mines should be nerfed. so that it it placed in straigt rows, rather then in a circle. That way, if the tanker is paying attention, he can navigate thru the mines, rather then being blocked

I fear Saboteur has already been nerfed, whilst it's rival, MINER, has been buffed and shown an increase in popularity since the patch change.

This might make the drone more scarce.

I've never been a big fun of this type of gameplay (i.s camping and placing mines all over the base). Usually when more than 1 player in the enemy team is using Saboteur, I leave if I notice it is impossible to pull flags or kill the Saboteur users.

How so?  The mines are no longer guaranteed to stay when you die.

Part of it I guess.

They changed the drone a while ago - if you die while drone is in cooldown the mines disappear. Or something to that effect.  So it's possible to lose a bunch of mines, even though that's what the drone was originally designed to prevent.

this is it...

"Make sure not to get killed twice within 30 seconds - if you die while the drone is in cooldown, your mines will not be saved!"

So won't happen all the time.  But in crowded maps you can easily die 2x in 30 seconds.  Won't help if you're being spawn-killed that's for sure.

That is one point, but the amount of mines miner can hold is increased while mines of saboteur has been gone under a nerf, and it is not that much difficult to use it without dying constantly.
