you post the topic in the ideas and suggestion section, but you do not suggest anything, you just post those screenshots that doesn't prove anything, if it's violation in question then you should creatr a topic in game violators section, on pictures are seen arguing between two players I think, but y anyway you should explain it what's this about. Look, they already have that system in place, it's just that the Moderators do their job so well, that the Admins don't have any need to do that. If you "Think" you have a problem with their work, or how they close topics, they welcome you to PM them with your problem, and they will explain it to you.

I don't understand your reasoning behind the conclusion that moderators aren't doing their job or doing something wrong. Also, do keep in mind that there are different types of moderators, so you should clarify who you are addressing.

 

P.S. The system you suggest is already in place: the less work we do, the less reward we get.

He complains at wrong place, he proposes the system that already exist (like you said), so you or other moderators should give him a couple of advices, and close the topic.

I want everyone to see NICKNAME, if moderators have nick. When player record video and administrator see sabotage on video ( She or He) suspende moderator......

If the evidence was not sufficient, they have no reason to ban the mults you are complaining about, you should know it is hard for a mod to ban someone without evidence even though you acknowledge what took place in your battle, they are not perfect, but you must respect their decision

ohh mults are rampant in the game .. i have many videos of them that the only way to stop them now is to spend half of your time recording

A mult which is alot.  we have a solution and that is the vote offender but they rarely come.

I think it's a good thing that moderators names are not given while banning or analyzing complaints. The problem with that is that players can easily go after this moderator and insult or try to do any harm to them. The admins are there to take any complaints towards moderators, and they then will punish the moderator in the right way, obviously without telling anyone who is that moderator. Then, if you think you're banned unfairly you can always contact one of the chat administrators or @Shar0n to request an unban. They then will decide if that ban was unfair or not.

You should also include that they shouldn't be blamed for not accepting complaints without sufficient evidence. Imagine them just instantly banning people just because someone said they made a violation... "Oh the horror!"
