Gauss can be THE starter turret and the new player would do well with it. That just shows how easy it is to use.

Along with that, gauss sniper mode deals more splash damage than magnum. Which means that magnum getting even double kills is ultra rare while gauss getting double kills is a common occurrence.

Magnums damage is enough at the moment,actually it’s quite annoying,also one thing which annoys the hell out of me is when a magnum with miner drone and with the augment which allows him to shoot mines at the place he shoots,like I be in by base and there is literally so much mines next to my base it’s full of mines then when I try find him and I kill him,the mines don’t disappear,they just stay,so what else can I do?

Someone please explain how this is balanced

Additionally I would like to include the Hull "Hopper" which in my opinion is one of the strongest hulls ever due to it's overdrive. People who use Hopper can easily snatch gold boxes meanwhile melting the enemy underneath them with their overdrives. Their overdrive charge is a bit high and in my opinion needs to be lowered.

I'm surprised you even got a kill. You ever thought that leaving a legend battle might be a good idea.

MM is useless, you should have left straight away and battled ranks closer to yours. You stayed so you have no reason to gripe.

This, I don't get why players with much lower rank and GS decide to stay in Legend battles. It's not balanced or fair, not only for them but for their team as well. Look at the score: 5/20.

In a TDM that could very well mean defeat for the team.

You should've just left that battle. In there, you were just fish food for the sharks.

@2shots2kills @PirateSpider @IMPULSE-WARRIOR Majority of the battles that I get into are the same with at least Brigadier rank in the opposing team. I can't just leave battles and find a suitable one. Sometimes it takes about 30 minutes to find a balanced match. What would you suggest other than MM? In custom games you don't get the benefit of premium.

You can find better battles if you click quick battles. That's what I've been doing. Playing specific battle modes means you're more likely to get an unbalanced battle.

 

Another option would be to quit this game and find something actually worth your time and effort.

Well only a few turrets other than magnum can't get 40 kills in 15 minutes even in their perfect element. That's why I said 30 or 40.

I'm an average player.

I can get 25-30 kills and 1st place winning team with hornet-freeze or hornet-isida.

Only ones getting 40 kills are those with booster+AP augment (not purchasable for crystals) or those camping and not even trying to play the battle-mode... 

So IMO the "average" player will NOT be regularly getting 40 kills per battle.  40 kills is rare unless the teams are completely mis-matched and it's just a spawn-kill-fest.

No, of course not. If the player was put in their perfect element every time, that'd be different. But its not the case.

Key words: their perfect element.

Which means the battle would have to match the player's requirements.

I've seen a similar topic as a suggestion to put a limit on the tesla firing frequency, as it doesn't necessarily need recharge

And this one will be about that too, but for vulcan

With HI , you can fire without limits, literally the same concept as tesla, so I propose that the vulcan barrel after it starts to "overheat" will have a duration, and when it runs out, it will be forced to stop shooting and you will be stunned for 1 second (this part is optional)
The maximum shooting duration increases with the turret level,after end Overheat resistance, you will still have until 8 seconds to continue firing, after that, the turret stops shoting

The Twins also has the concept of "Infinite Shooting", however it's plasma balls, not real palette shots, so much so that the vulcan's HD shows a bunch of palettes coming out on the aftershot side.So it doesn't make sense to shoot non-stop and not need to reload
