Interesting, all others questions besides mine have been answered.

 

Tanki decides to answer all the irrelevant questions that don't even matter that much, yet the question that has been bugging 90% of the tanki population, they don't answer. I see how it is.

 

I'm not in a position to speak for the EN community, but I know for a fact that the biggest concern people have right now is that they will have to restart for the Unity version. All of their time, money, crystals, and effort will all be wasted. Tanki, stop wasting all your time and effort on idiotic things like premium accounts and actually give us an answer as to whether our accounts will be transferred. 

These kind of questions can be answered by Developers only, not by Administrators. The ones replying here, right now, are Admins, but Developers will also reply in this topic when needed.

 

Anyways, you need to understand that there are some questions which can't be answered so easily as you are requesting, they need more time to be answered - it was already stated in the past, in previous V-LOGS, that you would have been notified about Tanki Online Unity as soon as related informations are released - if what you are asking is still under review, it can't be answered yet :)

I would say the fact that you get special privileges and respect among players is enough payment.

Developers don't look at our feedback.  They don't care what we think at all.

They did it, they are doing it and they will be doing it in future. Just look at the Premium paint protection - users gave negative feedbacks over the 20% protection and, after discussing over the possible change of that value, Devs agreed and lowered it to 15%.

 

 

I would say the fact that you get special privileges and respect among players is enough payment.

Helpers did not ask for them, we were accepted for our will of supporting the project and we did not ask to be paid, it was part of the system since Tanki Online was born  :)

As a soon-to-be Tanki staff member myself, I'd like to pitch in by saying that I'm not at all frustrated or worried by the recent turbulence in the community caused by the announcement of Premium accounts and by Sami's recent videos. On the contrary, I believe that it's causing some much needed discussion between players and staff members. One of the many things that makes Tanki a unique game is how close players and staff members have always been. Players themselves run a huge portion of the Tanki project, from directing tournaments to running social media pages. I've recently felt a bit of tension and distance growing between players and staff members, and I feel that the discussion caused by this recent turbulence is greatly helping to mend this gap.

You see there is a difference in how you word this. I've seen admins do A LOT of work in other games, and what do they get in return? Respect from all the players for the hard work they put in.

We do not ask nor expect them, crystals are not the reason why we joined the Helpers' groups - our reasons are really different and more valuable then that.

 

You should go back 2-3 pages and ready my reply to an argument similar to your one.

Ostrica is making another point - Ostrica is trying to explain to you all WHY the Administration (Tanki Online owners) decided to build this system for the ones willing to support their project, not saying that we "expect" them.

 

My point is another one too - I am explaining you WHY the Helpers decide to work for Tanki Online.

Your arbitrary post has literally nothing to do with my question and it doesn't answer it either. And besides, that's not even true. In one of the V-logs, Semyon Kirov says "The most common question we have been receiving so far is whether our accounts will be transferred or not." It's implying that a lot of people are wondering about this so you can infer that a lot of people want to transfer their accounts. Just because you don't want to doesn't mean that the majority doesn't want to. 

 

Learn to actually read people's posts and make a thoughtful reply that's actually more than 10 words instead of just spouting crap out and saying the first thing that comes to your mind.

I already answered this some pages ago and straight above - we would still be here if we received nothing, we are here for different reasons than being paid crystals.

I think a diagram of who is who in terms of title and what they do in Tanki would be VERY helpful, along with some hard fast rules as to who says what in terms of truth.  If Admins can only give speculation on opinions, then they are as clueless as the people doing the asking, hence these questions need to posed to people higher up the chain.

 

Can someone work out a "org chart" here of what roles and what "official" role people play here in Tanki?

 

This will go a long way towards avoiding confusion and letting people know who is saying what and if it's even worht listening to in terms of real answers, because frankly, I have skimmed this topic all day, and I can't tell who is who and why or what or squat all really of who can speak to a topic with some sort of ifficial and final say.
