Unless you buy the m3 modules, they are useless and a waste of crystals.  You barely notice the effect and you will have to buy the m3 anyway, leaving it unused in your garage.

I personally liked the normal paint protections instead of the new modules. I've been participating less now.

In this topic you can discuss anything related to protection modules in the game.

The game offers three protection modules: single, duo and trio.

Each module has 4 modifications, going from M0 to M3 and each module can be micro upgraded.

A fully micro upgraded M3 module offers 50% protection from all the turrets in the module.

Combine all that with 35% sale this time - my advice is to hold off on buying modules. I was planning on a Striker module but can't find a better module than the one with Thunder and Rico, which isn't good for me since I already have both in the same Kodiak module.

Thought about that but I'd rather play the Assault mode where I am getting more XP and Crystals from capping than killing.

 

That and the novelty of Striker seems to be wearing off quickly. Not seeing many in battles today.

Get one or two M3 combos. MU some.

Then save for Protection Modules or you might find it difficult competing at high levels.

An extra few seconds of life or living through one more hit may mean difference between capping a flag and/or destroying the enemy.

Why is there no paint with Thunder & Hammer protection??  Both of those wapeons are disgusting to play against as a Hornet player

Only Jade and Africa paints had those combined in their protection before the separation update.

griffon modules are amazing,always have protection against rail or shaft,and also has protection against a random annoying weapon,i plan to get griffon te  as a shaft user :)

How do I find the percentage protections for a protection module?

 

I've found a wiki listing the turret protections - but no percentage protection value is given.

 

For example Grizzly T-CM2  at Major rank. Isida / Hammer / Vulcan

We are missing a paint with protection from thunder and hammer together. There is not one in either the double or triple modules.

Currently, these are the two most game dominating turrets. We need protection.
