@Marcus its really getting frustrating in HTML5, loading time is wayyy tooooooo long. I cant enter any battle, i have to wait approx half an hour to play. I'll quit tanki if this issue is not resolved, i cant wait that long. Just to let you know, i have time to play for missions only. So please FIX this as soon as possible.

Mobile version often loads for 2min+, and this happing more and more often. Also, nirmally, it loads at least 2x longer than the auto shooting update. Please fix this.

Other bugs: after battles, special mission tab and shop don't want to load. Also, when i wabt ti claim the mission reward, nothings happens. I need to restart the app for that. To see my mission progress after battles, i need to go to the special mission tab, wait until it loads, and then, daily and weekly mission progress got refreshed. Fix this too.

I faced a bug where my clip would instantly go to zero. Video example 

I was playing as a juggernaut, then died and this happened. It fixed by changing equipment.

PC Specs and other stuff:

Freeze MK7 (19/20) with Corrosive Mix augment.

Viking MK7 (20/20)

 

CPU AMD Ryzen 5 2600

GPU RTX 2060s

Windows 10 1909

I was playing on the official client.

I have come here to report a bug in the web version of the game. When holding down the space bar to fire, you cannot rotate the hull in the left direction.

Can you patch this bug please? It would make gameplay much easier if you do.

That's not a bug. That's a limitation of your keyboard. You can't press more than a certain number of keys simultaneously. Usually for non-gaming keyboards, you can't press more than 3 keys at once. If you press a fourth key, it gets ignored.

Sadly, only solution is to obtain a better keyboard, which in case of laptops, means a new PC. (As far as I know.) However, you could try adjusting to the limitation.

No need for such drastic measures. Remapping keys might work. Find a key mapping that allows you to press all of them at the same time.

I had the same problem on my laptop. Remapping tank movement from arrows to the keys P, L , ;(semi colon) , and ' (quotation) worked for me.

Been having this one consistently for the past few days: I pull up https://tankionline.com/play/ and it goes to the Loading screen for a while, before giving me the message below. No other issues (with other websites, programs, etc.) - Firefox 81.0 on Win10

 

ConfigLoadedException: Config load exception with status
ERROR_ON_LOAD_CONFIG

 

 

Reloading the page and "Restart" button both just take me back to the Loading screen and, eventually, the same message. Tried clearing out and pruning down Firefox, no effect.

Pinging multiple Tanki servers (c2, c5, etc.) yields "Request timed out"

not sure if others seem to be having this issue

every time I'm in a  battle -  juggernaut  . I find that when a player who is the juggernaut gets destroyed and if I have a fully loaded Over Drive . i end up being the juggernaut . when this first came out the system was suppose to choose a random player. but I'm finding this is not the case,, please change this so that others who get destroyed will get the chances to be it.. also if no one has the OD fully loaded then we end up having a waiting period before someone is ready to be it. leaving a small team advantageous over the others ..

Now this could be pure coincidence with the way the game chooses the next Juggernaut. When a Juggernaut dies, the player closest to spawning will be chosen. So let's a team's Juggernaut died, and then two players died 3 seconds apart. The order of the respawn would be player A, then 3 seconds later, Player B will spawn. Because Player A was closest to spawning when the Juggernaut died, Player A will become the Juggernaut, and not Player B. 

 

It is likely that you happen to be the closest player on the team to spawn, and consequently, you become the Juggernaut, regardless of how much you've charged your OD. Most often, you can't help this. You can't directly influence every action in the battle to your favour.

thats what I also thought it would be . but most of the time its three of them who are destroyed and them its me with a full OD . and I seem to be the lucky one who gets it. strange in my books

Magnum has been acting funny, if u hit someone on the very top of them it sometimes doesnt give damage, ive also seen this with other turrets but its mostly with magnum. also no damage happens when u enter a game

i had thta dforever , every 1 2 battles and neer got fixed , that and other similar errors referring to shaders and blah blah. But i hate everything abolut html5 ( laggier and camera sickness etcetc ) so that is just icing on the cake

Hello, My account zabee_superman..... gets x10 times more recoil
if i am standing still a smoky gauss can flip me in 1 shot and if i take hornet railguns in xp/bp still flip me more than wasp 
so please reduce the recoil for me.... and if i shoot i have no recoil 
not about lags since my ping is 19-30
so this will be good if you remove x10 recoil from me : /

You are probably using the "Lightweight Construction" augment, which decreases your hull's weight.

i am playing from 8-7 years xd
and im 100% non buyer soo xd but if i use mouse controls i have recoil ?
