Compared my main to a couple of lower ranks, major general,and captain. The captain earns way more XP/CRY ratio than the major general rank every single time, regardless how well i do on either account.

My main has the best xp/cry ratio all the time, every time, no exception.

Another stealth move by the devs.

Anyone has a lower account try it out. Compare the ratio to your main over 10 battles, your main will always earn more CRY to XP every time. 

Unless you have very bad battles your main will always be a better ratio in favour of crystals than a lower account.

With declining player numbers, they might reduce the amount of xp needed to reach each rank. I often see lower ranks against legends.

I hope they don't. It decreases the value of the name (Legend) and if they do, will we get crystals for the new ranks we would be at?

@E_polypterus, Okay, in case you didn't see earlier, the Forum was all weird as only half the screen was used, and near the top displayed the activity of the topic. It's fixed now.

The problem I still have, is the poll. Look at that shade of color! You can barely see the votes!

Ok, I have heard rumors that Tanki might go console. On Google Forms, and their Instagram, they are asking which gaming Console is most popular among Tankers.

PlayStation, XBox, and Nintendo Switch. 

I am SUPER HYPED about this, and wonder if Tanki will really go forth with this. 

Why am I hyped?

Not because of me getting to control Tanki with a controller, BUT IT MEANS THEY ARE GOING TO GET ADVERTISED!

New players and Tanki might become a big game again! Maybe that's why they are cleaning up their acts and releasing F2P updates. All speculations, but I hope it will become true.

 

Tanki, I hope you fix the Rank Limits and return Supplies back to the low ranks. I find that this game is seriously not noob friendly as there are lots of supply spammers in the low rank Matchmaking. It is just unfair and a major turn off for the game.

As for bugs, I hope you guys fix them quickly! And maybe a new host for the server if the game gets big.

Also, work on TO Mobile iOS! We have waited about 2 years!

Who is going to play such a terrible game on consoles when there are so many much better options? At least the mobile market is already flooded with garbage and by comparison TO mobile is not so bad, but that's not the case with consoles.

I need help deciding. I have 600K crystals. 30% sales today. I use EMP Gauss Mk8. My Owl Module is currently only Mk4 which protects me from Gauss for 20%. Should I upgrade to Mk7 (which will take me down to about 350K or should I just wait till 50% sales. Or maybe even wait until I hit 1M crystals :D

 

My Crystals are all free to play earned and are important to me.

Crystals come in easier with the extra containers now, and the next 50% could be in June...  I would suggest to upgrade to Mk6 for now.

Base effect.  You pay 19,800 (20% of  99,000) more now if you get to Mk6, but 39,800 if you get to Mk7.  Unless you are going to cash in and micro it all the way or you would continue to play everyday, it is better to reserve some hard earned crystals.

As TWICE said, buy now and think later. At least buy something. Crystals and resources are now easier to get for f2p with free containers.

Because you seem hesitant.   Mk6 is much better than mk4, and there is a sale on.

I would just go to mk7 myself, as you can make use of the 35%+ NOW.  Get the first step (mk7.1) now for 1000 then when MU sales start get the next one.  Forget about speedups.

Yeah I got Mk7 Owl. Sad to see 620K to 400K. I miss being able to just get Mk7 immediately, so annoying.

Anyways an update, I maxed out Gauss, and got my Owl Mk7-5 (40% against Gauss). Went from 620K -> 200K Crystals.

RIP.

Lastly, I like how no one votes for Crusader. Being honest, I still think Crusader is the worst hull of the bunch. As slow as Dictator, and shoots an Icicle. Not very useful. I'd rather go Viking or Hopper if I want to make assassinations.

Crusader certainly isn't the most overpowered hull, but it's definitely far from being weak. It's the best hull for (ab)using Vulcan incendiary band and heat immunity with, and the OD is somewhat underpowered, but given the right circumstances can completely turn the tables.

I already proposed removal of the stun.  Hopper does not need stun to be an effective hull.

Leaping and burning should suffice.  It already has a tactical (movement) advantage over most hulls.

I judge hulls by their OD. You don't have to agree, it's just what I think :-)
