This is why players gets bored and leaving Tanki

LgYNhcV.png

Most of my lefts from Tanki was just because I get hard missions and I'm too lazy to finish them so I delay it to another day and the another day I'm being too lazy also as it's just a boring routine and I know I will raise my pressure while I'm trying to finish the longy mission.. thus day after day and maybe weeks crosses without playing.

I just wish they kept the original way of earning stars. though i like how players can collect a container each day, I really don't think forcing players to spend lots of time to complete "super" missions is the right way. But regular missions are fine for now, they aren't super hard to complete but can be annoying at times.  The main thing I want them to bring back was the old way of earning stars.

Seriously? Either you are talking about the micro-missions in mobile or I totally fail to understand you. Earning stars is so easy now! Just complete daily missions everyday and weekly missions every week. It's that easy! I do not understand what do you feel is wrong with this system. Please elaborate further.

Agreed, 100%.

I'm pretty sure you would play 10x more Battles in the old system then you do now.

You are literally contradicting your own statement. You complain about the grind, yet the old system, is grinding?

Like... bruh. WHAT?!

Idk about you but i remember it took less stars to complete stages and found myself completing more stages before than now. I guess it felt better to grind stars from battles than by missions.

You can just hit "Quick Battle" and earn your Stars like normally. Then check your Missions at the end of your play session. You will probably have them done.

didnt anyone remember the older challenges which required less stars to complete stages? I dont know about missions giving people stars at the time, but earning stars in battles had a greater impact. I remember playing just 1 battle and having the first stage complete since it required only 6 stars. Now, it requires like 50 stars??(idk for sure) Im just saying i liked it better before

Yes i remember it but it was a lot of playing, now its better in my opinion because you get stars in missions, special missions.

idk tbh the process before felt much more quick since there were much fewer stars required. personal preference imo

Playing multiple Juggernaut battles in a row without getting the Jugger a once   Contradicting directly with the purpose of the mode, I don't know what's the funny when you play 5 matches like TDM, this is truly what Juggernaut is if you haven't take the Jugger.

You guys are mislead.

Look at this poll data here:

huh.jpg

If you notice, Vulcan has the second highest number of votes for "best in current meta"......

Well, I have news for you:

Vulcan is not the best turret in the game. In fact, it’s actually really balanced and isn’t very overpowered at all. However, Heat Immunity is though.

1,000,000 percent agreed.

The main thing that annoys me is that new players to the game don't acknowledge Heat Immunity. They just think Vulcan itself is OP and just spam "nerf Vulcan!" and "nerf Incendiary Band" when in reality, Heat Immunity is the real culprit and thus should either be massively nerfed or deleted.

If the developers are truly dumb, they're probably gonna nerf stock Vulcan and/or Incendiary Band instead of Heat Immunity, which is even worse than just nerfing/deleting Heat Immunity because now players who use Vulcan WITHOUT Heat Immunity will suffer.

There was a 4-month period where Vulcan practically was the best turret in the game. A lot of those votes were most likely cast during that period.

Well, I'd argue that if you do not have Heat Immunity yourself, then Vulcan is still the best turret in the game, next to Gauss.

I have seen 7000GS IB+HI players shredding 9000+ GS tanks with ease.

Probably, once the Devs have milked the playerbase enough, they will disable that combo... So that HI will become useless and players will all be forced to buy Stun and EMP protection.

They can just nerf the afterburn or heating per projectile to make IB next to useless, but it would be difficult to nerf HI since it is just a 100% overheat resistance...

Welp, I have some news for you. These results are still what I see the most in the game right now. Since Vulcan has such OP Augments, it is still overused, which is why it is still meta. Augments applied.

Was it the period after Vulcan got the projectile rework (February 2020)?

OP Augments??

Honestly, the only OP Augment Vulcan has is Adrenaline lol.

I'll break down all of it's Augments (and exclude Heat Immunity. These Augments are only OP when paired with Heat Immunity):

  • Reinforced Aiming Transmission is great and makes Vulcan a truly versatile turret in many battles, however it still gets beaten by Gauss, Magnum, and other long-range snipers. Additionally, the reduced vertical auto aim makes the turret quite weak in maps with varied terrain, such as Massacre and Highways.
  • Shooting Speed Regulator is awesome for countering the Hoppers who use Mouse Controls, but the damage reduction due to the reduced firing rate means that it'll take 15% longer to destroy most people. This Augment is only good if you're facing people who hide and pop out from cover to shoot, and immediately drive back into cover. Otherwise, if most of your enemies decide to simply charge in, you're better off using Default Vulcan or another Augment for higher damage.
  • Incendiary Band is honestly mainly useful only if you have a repair kit handy or if you can afford to lose a portion of your health. Otherwise, if you would rather have save your own health, you're better off using default Vulcan or some other augment. This augment means you will inevitably need to do self-damage, otherwise you are practically using a downgraded Vulcan, as the reduced projectile speed greatly reduces the turret's effective range.
  • Rubberized Rounds is very fun to play with and when used properly, you can satisfyingly troll your enemies. However, most of the time, when you manage to figure out the optimal position to shoot in order to utilize the ricocheting effect, your Vulcan would've lost much of it's available ammo and it will only be a matter of time before you start to overheat.

These Augments aren't OP at all lol. They're only game-breaking when used with Heat Immunity, as it allows Rubberized Rounds and Incendiary Band to forever utilize their bouncing and burning abilities without any worries of overheating, and it greatly increases the damage potential of Reinforced Aiming Transmission and Shooting Speed Regulator, thus giving them unlimited damage potential due to not overheating.

Not really. In my opinion, Shaft and Magnum are more powerful turrets than Vulcan, especially with Shaft's annoying ability to now one-shot people whose hulls are even higher-leveled than Shaft is. And Magnum has the 2 second reload mechanic at Mk8, additionally it's basically Thunder but you can also shoot behind literal obstacles. Oh, and Isida is super annoying with it's insanely high DPS. There is literally almost no chance of surviving an Isida that manages to sneak up to you.

Noooooo

If this happens, than it will suck for non buyers who bought Incendiary Band but don't have enough money to buy Heat Immunity.
