That's really quick man, it caught me off-guard how fast it was able to start firing.

Ok, now back to the million dollar question. Is it worth 140k especially when you get incendiary band for just 60k?

Mammoth is now weaker than Wasp.

Addition:

Vulcan sounds cool now, and the firing rate has been upped... but the time it takes for bullets to travel across the map, makes it almost impossible to hit anything because the target has already moved out of the way.

 I have been in all kinds of battles with this new turret .. I find it's over powerful in battles. it now dominates others

It's nerfed like it was last time.

Last time, they slowed the barrel down so it took an entire battle just to start firing.

Now though, they've slowed down the bullet-travel time... so it's just like last time. Takes too long to hit anything.

My main combo is Mammy Vulcan... both have been nuked in this last update. Both are now pretty useless.

I (my alt) used Dictator-Vulcan last night to complete missions.  Played ~ 7 battles, give or take.  Was top-3 in every battle and managed 115 kills.

Yeah it does not perform as well at very long ranges.  But it is very good at medium ranges, and the better spin-up means it's not helpless at close range.

Not sure if you still have this problem, but use the keys that you use to turn your turret in-game.

sir when you on the other side trying to battle. its next to impossible to play when most of the other team has Vulcan. see yesterday I could get any where in battles from 2 -6 points with premium pass . but today only getting in battles 2 and one battle with a 4 points. you know that is OP .

 

ok I tried to go to battle with Vulcan and with my ricochet  . and compared my scores . with Vulcan I got in the top 3 placement . but with rich no where close to it..

now what I did find in battles besides its a easy killing machine. I found that the shoots which are suppose to bounce off items . it only do's a small amount of them . also it go's threw some of the posting signs . where as in Rich it's also starting to not bounce off items as much as its suppose too ( this could be my fault with my set up )

Can anyone explain how does the damage mechanic for the new vulcan works?

As I see from youtubers videos the damage greatly varies for every shoot( 105, 205, 410 damage ponts), the garage still show constant damage for shoots though!!

So, can anyone properly understand Vulcan's ricochet mechanic? What I'm deducing from simple tests is that the 2 bullet lines must make an in-game angle of at least 60 degrees to the near left or near right to be able to bounce. 

 

2 examples of bouncing and not bouncing.

From the videos I've seen of Rubberised Rounds, they're able to start bouncing very close to the user. Its parameter for that caps at 10 degrees. So it seems that's how it works, but I'm not too sure. What I can almost guarantee is that it seems to possess auto-aim of enemies, just like Ricochet's projectiles.

Yes, it's realistic that way. If you shot at a concrete wall dead on or at a similar angle, the rounds would sink into the wall. Only when you have a shallow angle will the rounds ricochet off instead. Just like skipping a rock off the surface of a lake.

That's actually a perfect comparison for Vulcans new ability.

so far no one has pointed out about the new premium flag / ribbon look ..

 

I prefer the old one , it has more detail  on looking like a bow . and not a washed out red item.

double damage and double armour

Normal is 205. double damage will do 410. and if double armour 103 (or 205 with double damage). simple maths.

so i think with vulcan the last bullet you hit on someone does less damage. so say you fire a "string" of bullets, the last one in that string does lower damage. the reason its so noticeable in this update is because each bullet is individual and is a physical projectile you often miss a bullet in the string, cutting the string and starting a new one. i think this mechanic should be gone and vulcan should work like it did in tanki x, each bullet does the same damage no matter where it is in a string and has no random variation.
