You are very wrong about balance, as you are clearly misinterpreting the picture Maf sent... 

On top of the tower are two Hornets that are resting on two Wasps. Wasp is noticeably smaller sized than Hornets, so the tower may have collapsed any seconds after having the picture taken. 

Balance-issues have seemingly been a large part of the game's history, this is one of the most extreme examples I have ever seen

You are definitely not, that nickname differs even more from MAFlOZ0 or Maf. Right now you are just scaring me that you have so much info about other people

Hehe I was only joking. I have an odd sense of humour and tend to be sarcastic sometimes. Some people do not notice that at first, so it is okay.

Suggestions for overdrive:

 1. Teleporting:

            working:  select the opposite team tank and swap the positions of that tank to yours.

             Advantages: swap player who carry flag, rugby ball etc

             Disadvantages: Can effect only one player

2. Whirlwind:

               Working: when overdrive key pressed opposite player non heavy weight hulls will be carried away by whirlwind.

                Advantages: Adds more dynamics to the game play

                 Disadvantages: Need to get close to as many tanks as possible

The idea makes sense in my opinion, it would be cool to see Hunter's OD being used differently.

Maybe to fill an Overdrive? Lately they removed that feature from Dictator so this could fill the void. 
Health gain is not a bad idea, maybe you can remove status effects from all your allied tanks in that region.

Removes supplies from enemies so this could make sense for allies.

Hunter is already plenty powerful and has the fastest Overdrive charging rate in the game. If it's to get anything positive after this, its charging rate would need to be reduced.

oh well ofcourse if such modification would be added then they would have to receive some kind of nerf but i was thinking of something entirely different, might even work a topic over it. What if they made variable overdrives for hulls like hunter...you could switch between them and one of the overdrive could be used entirely for helping your team like dictator's. What do you think?

I have some ideas form hulls and its overs

First its "spikes", and like its name says, it will have spike, but only in its front, also its size will be like hunter and also its hp. And if you touch the spikes, you will get damage per second, not so big, but enough to be a threat, maybe will be 10/s. And its over will be that when you activated it, the hull will have spikes in all the sides and have a little boost of speed and a little protection from damage.

And my last idea from a hull, "Arrow" and its shape is like an arrow in its front, also the size will be like viking and the hp like the dictator. And its over will be a big and fast boost that if it hits you, you will be stun for some seconds.

 the speed of both will be fast.

(all values and names can be changed, I only puts those values from an example)

suggest to adjust OD to make it bit more comfortable and usable

- give it near instant acceleration

- give it really huge mass, smth like 10k, or more, to push away even heavy construct augs

- increase speed bonus 50%->100%, but reduce duration 9c->7c to counterbalance

in this short period you finally would able to unleash this power

IMO Chaos Damage shouldn't be reduced at all. It was meant to be a "True Damage" that bypassed so many modern ways to block damage. Passing out ways to block it would just make it another type of damage like normal or critical, diluting its original purpose.
