@Marcus what about ending the experiment in 1 day, because probably many players wont play at that time?

Especially u made this update when the number of players abit was increasing, again no brain tanki.

There were more, by an astronomical amount. I've had several kills stolen in just a handful of battles. It feels like I'm shooting people who are using Double Armor and I'm using no supplies.

  • Either get rid of the whole thing, or buff turrets as well.
  • Bring the length of battles back to 7 minutes.

If you want players to last longer in battle, stop giving players hundreds of supplies for free, same with buyers. In 2015 it wasn't normal for a low rank to receive 125 double damage every few days. It was 125 DD a week, maximum.

Day one: (i'll try to give one every now and then, hopefully my answers might change over time)

The pace of the meta has slowed down SIGNIFICANTLY. My god it's so slow it hurts. The campers are much harder to kill (magnum users specifically who like to hide behind a wall practically being immortal), its extremely difficult to stop light hulls from just brute forcing their way into a point and it's hard to come back from a deficit thanks to the lower time limit (especially for Assault and Siege). However, I do like the HP boost solely because it makes destroying someone require more skill. Furthermore, I hope they lower the requirements for the missions regarding score, crystals and kills because I don't see myself scoring more than 300 and killing more than 10-15 on a consistent basis with this update. The battle funds are absolute doo doo.  

Weapons that lost their viability: Railgun. Everyone and their mom was already running railgun protection and with the removal of the old hornet OD, it's not making an impact on any battle field. If you just bought Death Herald, rip. 

Weapons that are noticeably weaker than before: Gauss & Thunder (takes a bit too long to get the job done), Shaft (can no longer one shot).

Drones: Booster drone helps speed up the process of killing the enemy but defender drone user is so much more annoying to deal with thanks to the HP boost (makes me miss the old hornet OD). 

Tanks that I personally don't recommend: Dictator because it takes longer to get its OD in this new format (less kills and easier to get hit).

Recommended turrets and tanks: Gauss (EMP shot only), Wasp, Hopper, Titan (very recommended), Viking (very recommended), Rico, Firebird, Smokey, and Magnum (very recommended). 

Augments recommended: Anything that burns others and burn immunity. EMP immunity (for Gauss specifically), the new piercing augments if you can get your hand on one.  

Modes that are "less fun": Juggernaut, Assault, and Siege. I would avoid these if possible.

Modes that are more fun: TD

Tldr: This update no muy bueno.

told you twins viking or twins hornet is the combo to use to survive this 2 week mad update ?

Every battle with this test has been a joke.

With only 5 minutes and 6 players a side - as soon as one team caps the losing side has deserters.  No chance of coming back when it 6 vs 5 or even 6 vs 4.

It's absolutely horrible.

Oh... and wasp firebirds with incendiary are everywhere. The double health means it is much harder to kill them before they are in range.  Then once in range...

Thank god I bought Viking just in time lol Just wish I got Twins as well.

Imagine playing xp/bp , u just need to get the oponnents flag and run fast to cap it, because ur 4 shot anyway and they cant kill u during that time.

I don't like (Hate) the update ..

(No offence I loved the game before the update)

My magnum used to kill them in 1 shot and few times 2, but now it takes Atleast 3 shots for a weak wasp.

Please bring back the health to normal.

And the kill board became noticeably smaller.

The 6v6 thing is okay for me cuz i really don't care about the no of players.

Hopper overdrive has no use anymore

Im exited for the new juggernaut mode.

And the last thing I would like to say.

WHY DON'T I GET GOOD ITEMS FROM CONTAINERS!!!

Really Pissed off ?

I always get supplies or 3500 crystals ?

I always hope for a pretty good amount of crystals or colour of turret shots or Skins like XT or Prime or Good augments or Video paint.

I  hope someone helps

Keep the battle duration up to 7 or 8 minutes then it will be meaningful. Only keeping the health high while shortening the battle duration will slowly make the game boring and unenjoyable. Aslo, keep this update away from Xp/Bp and eSports.

First impressions.

I am liking this much more than I expected. Feels nice to not fear getting one-shotted all the time. But there are certainly problems.

  • Viking's OD is too powerful - and this is coming from a Viking user. Increased duration means you can kill at least three tanks fairly easily - which is half of the enemy team. The duration should return to seven seconds.
  • Titan's OD is too powerful, for obvious reasons.
  • Firebird, Freeze, Isida, Ricochet, Twins, and Vulcan are practically the only turrets on the battlefield, because DPM matters a lot more now.
  • CTF is unplayable. Whichever team has the more competent light hull players wins.

Other thoughts:

  • Double damage has become more important, and double armour has become less important. That said, I think average consumption of double damage will decrease since players are dying less often and are more likely to survive for the entire duration of the supply. I haven't seem many Engineer drones, but I imagine that they will become very useful.
  • Fewer kills = smaller EXP gains = slower ranking = good for lower-ranked players.
