I am still having problems with the HTML game version. Takes ages to Load. Keeps losing Server connection saying Error, Re- enter game. Tank explodes on Entering game at times. When I am  firing turret it's not causing Damage to enemy tanks. All of these faults apart from slow loading are intermittent. Almost had enough now .Not spending any more money on Game until these faults are fixed. Oh The Flash version which I have used over the years is still working fine. But of course you cannot get the full benefits by using Flash. You have to log in to The HTML version to get these..

there is something going on in the system..

first when joining battle - got killed by the system

then wail in the battle I scored 0 points .

but when i went into the next battles all was fine . a little laggy but it was playable .

been dealing with this issue for sometime now.. not sure if its a hacker or the system ..

They are bussy with new glitch almost all HTML5 users can't join a battle in html5

I don't understand just why when try to play Tanki Online in Chrome in HTML5 must to use over 5 GB of memory or over 6 GB in big maps ... i tried and in others browsers Opera, Firefox, Explorer, Edge, but are the same problems. I tried and in Client, but there are too many erros ... please fix this problems, at every new update must to use too much memory.

CONFIG LOAD EXCEPTION

Since yesterday I have been getting this error. This happens when I start a battle after loading screen comes up and few seconds later this error( https://imgur.com/eNFPllm), rarely I can get into battles but in the middle of it another error occurs "Resource batch load exception", If i restart after that 1st error I mentioned occurs. 

I have tried changing web browser, clearing cache, both standalone flash and HTML versions. none of these solutions worked. 

Before this problem game worked perfectly, my fps and ping always remain stable. this is very frustrating.

Please handle these exceptions.

Recently I tried out the client for html5, but everytime I enter the garage I get an error.

This is only happening on the client for me. 

also, if I play on Google Chrome: the first battles I play the game runs smoothly. 

after about 5 battles my Chrome will just crash.

Sometimes the garage items (and of containers) are bugged, i.e. if i am in turrets section of the Garage, it shows me the hulls instead of turrets, but fixes after some time. Same for containers where it shows the wrong item I received (mainly from the weekly container).

Please fix this ... must to wait too much to loading (1-2 minutes) at every new battle and i clean the cache very often! + When i want to change things in garage lose (20-30 seconds for loading) Same problems in browsers and the Client HTML5!

The "Next Battle" option on the rewards screen sometimes redirects to Quick Battle again. Happened to me once today, but only after a few matches. Feels like a "critical error" happens and it just freaks out. Didn't select Quick Battle from the beginning, had definitely selected Siege.

Not sure where to put this but when joining a battle in HTML5 I self destruct sometimes on spawning. Might be my machine because it is slow a bit then after that everything is fine after self destructing when first spawning in the battle.

I get the no damage error bug, so I use fix.tankionline.com. But after a few battles or less even, the error follows me!

Test Server - Appreciate the opening but why open it with disconnect when trying to MU items to M4!

IIRC I have even had no damage error there too but there is no fix.tankionline.com so I had to ghost!

Edit - No damage whatsoever. Game is not playable.

Game randomly "desyncs" and everyone starts turning their hulls and turrets until I get kicked from the match. Then I need to restart the client

No audio whatsoever -- required restart

Constant errors -- required restart

I need to restart the client every 30 mins or so and it's pissing me off. I've tolerated it for as long as I could and I'm reaching my limit.

Hi, im getting this error after last update. 

 

Im using Opera Actually, but i tried with Firefox and Chrome, and i had same result. 

My computer: Windows 10, 12G RAM, HDD 500 SSD, Intel GraphicsHD 4400. No virus/trojan/malware found inside

I tried cleaning temp files, and no luck. 

After I login on Flash Player Client, then i can use HTML5 version again, but it fails after few minutes.

 

Do u have any report about this?

Hi,

This morning I have caught  a gold box in a sandbox seage game.
Yesterday I had 2 for this week and now my profiles shows 3.  
But  EVOLUTION OF CONFIDENCE  mission is  displayed still as incomplete and  the prize cannot be collected.
