Well, if it is heat related then not just one specific program suffers from it, but the whole system. So it may seem like that but it  is probably something else.

On Windows 7 PC system ( AMD Athlon II X4 CPU, 8GB RAM, GForce GTX 750, no virtual memory)  runs out of memory all the time. TO is the only app running. Seems very much like a serious memory leak. It has been like this since  before the updated client.

I don't know if this just affects the lower levels, but I would enter a battle and do no damage while hitting the target. My ping is below 60. What's worse, sometimes I do damage early in the battle and take the top spot more than 2 minutes in. Then all of a sudden I do no damage. I recycle the browser and sometimes it take more than a minute before I am back in battle and I lost several spots on the killboard. I thought this was just a once-in-a-blue-moon glitch, but it is happening more frequently.

1. The screen is all gray and unresponsive. The window still can be closed.

2. Some text info is visible and updated as it should be, but the rest is black. It is still responding to keyboard commands and it is possible to  leave the game. Many times there  is a long ping close to  a second which makes me think that maybe some time out is not handled properly. Probably UDP packages are lost during this time and there is no built in solution in the program to properly handle the situation. 

In case 2 there is an SYSTEM ERROR message after quitting the game: "TypeError: Cannot read property 'getExtension' of null"

Hey, I claimed the Special mission for 11 containers on HTML5. I opened 1, then 5. But after I opened the 5, the rest of my containers disappeared and It said I have no more. I did the same thing on my alt account, only this time I opened the conts in flash, and it was fine. This also happened a while back when they gave us 2 free conts in missions, but me and some other people only received 1....

The HTML5 client is awfully unstable for me (Win10, i5 CPU, intel integrated graphics). The only way to play 2 games in a row without  high risk of a freeze in the middle of the 2nd or 3rd game is to restart after every game. It seems like memory handling issues.

I have this error everyday + FPS dropping everytime and I get a bug that "turns off" my damage, so I need to leave the battle. Everytime, EVERYTIME, in any place of the game: menu, garage, battles, etc.. it just get glitched and crash! This crashes on my computer and leaves me with a bad gaming experience, making me regret having installed HTML5 and leaving Flash

OK, I recently made a post after I purchased that one package where you got 111 ultra containers.

 

I reported only receiving 76 and after opening 76 there were no more.

 

I reported this to tanki online support and they did get back to me.

 

They told me I had received all 111 ultra containers and they were credited to my account.

 

Ok, so being a bit of a detective, I did some snooping. I actually did receive things that I had not opened. Which means there is a separate glitch going on. Containers are being opened that we do not click open for, or the system is double clicking really fast.

 

As example to know this factually to you. I wrote down each container that I wrote and these are the adrenalines I recorded: Vulcan, Gauss, Shaft, Hammer. I went through each of my turrets, and each alteration for those turrets. I had got more that I had not written down *and am sure that though i was credited them, I did not open them in a screen where it popped up... which could mean lag? Or double clicking I'm not quite sure. So I saw that I had Isida adrenaline, Striker adrenaline and one more which I currently forget. Also, I had got without recording viking stun immunity, and wasp light weight hull thing... though I dont have mk7 wasp on this account.

 

Um, yeah, so on top of this I'd like to point out another thing to tanki.

When we do things like upgarde, and speed ups, can we make it that the buttons in the screen do not  overlap? So for example, when we upgrade can the button be on the left, and the speed up button be on the right of the same pop up? So that there is no way I can click upgrade, and with a lag or double click issue, also click speed up which takes up the same spot. And with containers, insated of clicking hte button, ccan we get a letter code to 'O' open a container. Kind of like the upgrade and speed up. I wasted 120 000 crystals by accidentally double clicking. So I have learned. To upgrade I only hit U. and to Speed up...which i dont... I would only hit S.

 

But I am glad to see this comment, because it makes me know it is definitely something that happened to me. I did not open those containers.

I can understand someone joining, seeing a lopsided match, and leaving, but that's not what happened. During that 3 minutes, not a single person was added to our team. The only reason I didn't leave is because I didn't want to stick my team in a 3v8. 

I'm not sure if this is just an HTML5 problem or if its an issue with MM in general, though.

Before some days i played a MM battle with a first sergeant, a sergeant-major, lots of warrant officers 1 and 2, three first lieutenants and one captain.

Maybe the sergeants were grouped with warrant officers. Still seems like a big gap but I'm a full general and still occasionally get put into a battle with 3rd and 2nd lieutenants. Also if you were on a less popular mode right after the server update you have a greater chance of a wider ranks spread due to the limited number of members currently online. The MM rank spread is weird. ?

When i reached a rank i had something about 1k crystals. Ive done it on downloaded from the official site game. When i opened my account on browser (CHROME) i had 0 crystals, i collected the crystals(5660)from the special missions, and closed. When i opened the game installed on my PC i had only 5660 crustals considered that i had about 1000 crystals before.

Flash had a lot of developers attention and it developed over course of the years. Suddenly due to closure of flash itself, we have to migrate to HTML5. This pretty much explains the bugs. We should give them time and feedback like yours that report bugs in the HTML5 version, greatly help in the process of development of HTML5.

I understand that it is beyond the developer's control. Flash will cease support by end of this year and moving to HTML5 is necessary. But i must say the HTML5 client (I do occasionally use it) for some reason, isn't as user friendly as the flash client. I've used it for about 3 months already and in the end, i fell back to flash. If i were to break it down, it is partly the User Interface isn't as Intuitive as the Flash client. For example, the interface for the battle list in the Flash client is so much easier to read and understand than the HTML 5 client. No one can advice me also how to remove the drop zone markings of supply drops in the HTML5 client which i can do in Flash. I try to simplify the whole thing but too many things are going on in the HTML5 client. I felt they should have kept 90% of the UI flash client which tanki players have grown to love. If you can, please help me convey this message to the developers, thank you. I know they work very hard to keep the game going.

I have a bug, but I don't have much detail or any repro steps, as it seems to be random. In any case, sometimes when I go into a battle my tank automatically self-destructs before I fully spawn (so I'm still transparent when my tank self-destructs). I know I'm not pressing the Delete key or anything that would blow up my tank. After that, I respawn... But I am not able to deal damage to opponents (or myself, as I figured out) but I am able to take it. I have to leave the battle, hope I don't randomly explode again, and then change weapons to be able to deal damage (which means I can't use my favorite weapon for two minutes because of the cool-down ? ). If it would help you at all, every time I was going to self-destruct I lagged very hard and my screen (or the game, I think the game though) freezes for a second, and then I self-destruct. Hopefully this can be fixed soon!

Once I played a battle, and the lowest rank was Warrant Officer 4. However, there was also a Marshall in that same battle. I think I was LT General (three stars).

Ok turn on win 10 game mode, your problem was the same as mine. Try that... maybe it will help with the spawning and graphics.
