I have a problem with opening containers.

Yesterday I completed the mission and gained 10 containers. I opened 5 and all of them disappeared from my garage.

Today I had 14 Green containers. When I opened 5 of them 10 had been removed from my garage.

Please replace my missing containers.

@ALEX22THEBEST This has happened at least 3 times to me in the last week.  You don't even have to be in a game.  I click and am waiting for a response and eventually the link displays or the error appears.  If I click again on something instead of waiting or try to go to something else, the error appears.

I am still entering a game and getting NO SCORE!!! Others see me, kill me, but I do NO DAMAGE to anyone! I'm using up my supplies for nothing!!! And it takes WAY TOO LONG to exit and come back in to see if it has changed. This game is becoming NO FUN. I'm quickly losing interest.

In the HTML5 version of Tanki Online, there is a bug which causes both the game client and the web browser version to crash or hang when displaying the preview thumbnail of Ares. The Ares hull looks wrong and has its rooftop missing from the thumbnail image. Take a look at the screenshot below:

This is clearly a bug. I am not sure whether other players spotted this, but I just spotted this today. Ares looks broken from the "Current tank" thumbnail preview. Please fix that.

I am not sure if this is the place to post it,but every time i open the game i am greeted by lots of crash messages codenamed ControlChannelDisconnectException. The diagnostics :

This is for TO Mobile.  

 

Since the introduction of Ares, a bug has appeared where players on mobile will self-destruct given certain circumstances. I don't believe I've seen a report of what those circumstances were. Over the weeks, I had narrowed it down to the self-destruction triggering when the user is destroyed by an enemy Overdrive. This included:

 

  • Dying to a Wasp bomb
  • Dying to a Hornet while it has its Overdrive active
  • Dying while you were stunned by a Hunter
  • Dying to a turret supercharged by Viking's Overdrive
  • Dying immediately or a few seconds after being frozen by a Dictator Overdrive
  • Dying inside of an enemy Titan dome
  • Dying to a Mammoth Overdrive
  • Dying to Ares' Overdrive

 

As of the past week, the occurrences of the self-destructions from these listed triggers have plummeted for me. Every one of those scenarios no longer trigger the self-destruction upon respawning. Every one, expect one scenario, and that is with Titan's Overdrive. At the moment, Titan's Overdrive is the only trigger remaining that is 100% consistent. Here are the details. 

 

Upon the trigger activating, the user will self-destruct upon materialising on their next spawn. If in the instance they stay unmaterialised inside of an ally for some time, they may not self-destruct but they will not deal any damage and will not be able to pick up supply drop boxes on the map. The following scenarios are what cause this to happen:

 

  • Being destroyed (whether by the enemy or self-destruction) inside of a Titan dome (regardless of if it is an allied dome or an enemy dome)
  • Having a Titan dome be deployed on the spot where you were destroyed while your camera was being transported to your base
  • Having a Titan dome be deployed on the location in which you were to spawn. 
  • Upon entering a battle, a Titan dome is present on the battlefield

 

To better explain the last point- you queue for a battle. You are then loaded into a battle that was already ongoing. If before you spawn there is a Titan dome present on the map (regardless of if it is an allied or an enemy dome), the player will self-destruct after materialising. 

 


Sometimes, there occurs multiple self-destructions in a row. Where the player self-destructs after materialising, respawn, and then, again, self-destruct after materialising. The exact cause of multiple self-destructions in a row is unknown, but it could likely be an unfortunate combination of the triggers listed above. There is one scenario that occured recently where I self-destructed twice in a row:

 

My tank - Titan + Smoky + Driver

Enemy tank - Titan + Vulcan + Booster

 

I put my dome down. The enemy Vulcan, who was within 10 metres from me, puts down their dome which cancelled mine. They activate their Booster and kill me within the 3-second duration of the Booster's increased damage. 

 

 

I hope this information was helpful in rectifying the bug.

I noticed yesterday that I can't pause the game anymore. I play with html5 client and when I press P a tab appears and one could think it is actually in pause, but my tank continue to respawn again and again despite that. Obviously this is useless and so annoying, what happened? If I press pause I want my tank to stop respawn, this is the meaning of PAUSE.

Known issue. No news on when will it be fixed. No news on whether it is planned to be fixed. No news on whether the Devs still care about it.

@Viking4s I would rather see the tank than the outline.  There are too many yellow outlines.  If there is nothing hiding it, a tank should be visible.  I had better visibility in the flash game.

It is not a bug. Only 8 yellow lines, better than huge green spot that covers everything. You can tell the hull and the turret type. 
ok, but is that not the case already? plus you would have the red outline if in your line of fire.

There is a rank up bug that comes up since I have purchased Ares. I bet other players see this as well.

I am a Legend 41 now and it still shows Legend 40. When I make kills and other scores in matchmaking battles, my experience bar does not update in real time.

I am a Shaftsman. I cannot play HTML5 as long as the sniper mode is not fixed - the aiming is off, meaning when you move the turret you can't aim precisely because the turret jumps at the very last moment. I have written about this dozens of times - and no, I am not standing on uneven surface. Simply it is now impossible to aim. Try it yourself if you don't know what I am writing about.

A simple thing that HTML5 needs early: optimization. I can't even play normally because the FPS is too low in this version and the interface is with very bugs. And after 3-4 battles the game crash. Please, if you want more players in this version, optimize it, to help players that don't have that good PC, an optimization and refresh will give an serious up for FPS and will have less bugs and crashes. That's my idea
