I wanted to add that the gameplay (look and feel) is still not the same as the adobe version.  It still needs improvement.  The gameplay should be the same or better first.  Visual affects can be added later.

man i said that 100 times fix shaft .. god bless ur mums 
i report that before 2 months ago idk why all shaft player dont talk about this bug?? or maybe no one playing with shaft anymore??

anyway It's just ridiculous that you have to stay for a couple of seconds for the camera to come back in to be able to move around

Please change the hull display in the garage, so that it shows the comparative chart (with weight and other attributes)for each level.  In the html5 version, it only displays the attributes for the current level and next level.  Not enough information for a purchase.

Been having this one consistently for the past few days: I pull up https://tankionline.com/play/ and it goes to the Loading screen for a while, before giving me the message below. No other issues (with other websites, programs, etc.) - Firefox 81.0 on Win10

 

ConfigLoadedException: Config load exception with status
ERROR_ON_LOAD_CONFIG

 

 

Reloading the page and "Restart" button both just take me back to the Loading screen and, eventually, the same message. Tried clearing out and pruning down Firefox, no effect.

Pinging multiple servers (c2, c5, etc.) yields "Request timed out"

I have experienced points 1, 2, 3, 9, support 4, 5. These all seem as if glitches. You really can't aim well with this problem. I have been complaining about the jumping crosshairs  a long time, and with no response. I've even started playing Magnum, because HTML does not provide enough precision for shaft. Please have this fixed.

Please fix the HTML5 version of the Test Server 3 bug. I keep getting that error loop in Chinese test. See image below.

Server 1 and 2 works fine but Server 3 keeps crashing.

Image from Imgur and video with Bandicam or is not important wich website / application to send these bugs / errors ?

Just play a game using shaft. You will know instantly what I am talking about.

Apparently, the ignore feature was never added to the HTML5 yet.

Items seem to appear at the same order now. It doesn't matter if you bought the item or not, it will appear at the same place.

1) Any chances to add this feature?

2) I was going to buy a drone while equipping during battle. This is not good.

1) I suppose it will be added sooner or later, I'll add it to our weekly report about HTML5.

2) I guess we will have to get used to it, unfortunately.

hey, i'm here to ask if this is the place to ask about an issue with crystal distribution after a game.

i recently ended a match with a battle fund of 106543 crystals, and then ended the game with the final capture... except nothing happened for everybody in the match. we were all still able to chat and move our cameras, but not move. eventually the auto-pause timer appeared and i was able to open the garage, which was treated like the home garage, so it treated it like i had just exited the match off the end screen (giving me the crystals). this was not the fate of the people around me in the match - is there any way they could get compensation? i have the end-game results right after the battle finished in a video, alongside the rest of this adventure, so if there is a way to compensate them, i'll attach it here or send it to whoever i must. thank you in advance!

For some reason, the game seems to be unplayable for me in HTML5 now. Since yesterday, the main screen has some strange graphics bug and I only get 3-5 FPS instead of 60 lol:

Note the yellow-red "tree" in the background and the red lines on the upper lamps above the tank's spot. Even on the normal screen I get the FPS drops. And I don't have an NVIDIA Graphics Card, so it's not because of that ?

I'm using the Browser version, and yes, I cleared the cache for the last 7 days, which should suffice. Still got the graphic problem and FPS drop
