Bugs and Glitches Reports

It's a long list of lag related glitches.  One or two of these quirks happens about four out of five games.  In other words about every fifth battle goes normally but four battles are just trashed in some way.  The problem with claims seems to happen about half of the time.

For me, these lag problems make the game unplayable and much too frustrating.

• you get logged in and the game crashes
• difficulty getting into battles....long waits in queue
• you enter a battle but your tank does not spawn and you get timed out
• you enter a battle and the game crashes
• you enter a battle and do no damage
• part way through a battle you start to do no damage
• part way through a battle you get killed, your tank does not re-spawn. and you get timed out
• you finish a battle but it does not apply to missions
• missions, after completion, are sometimes difficult to actuate the "claim" function.  Frequently you need to log out and log back in
• containers are difficult to actuate the "claim" function.  Frequently you need to log out and log back in
• crystals in the showcase are difficult to actuate the "claim" function.  Frequently you need to log out and log back in

On mobile can't open the game since the update.

Seems to work after doing a Aps "force stop" action.

Ok there is so much bugs and buffering and please just watch it and how many things you see that are bugs. Oh this is for TO mobile. First thing when i get in i load into battle. And more

I reported this and many others also did. the news section for the photo thing is missing.. it was off Thursday . was ok on Friday / but gone again today ..

now this is going on. certain dept can post with photo but others such as the Cm will not load ..

also the paypal system is still not working.. please get it fixed before the sales packages  are gone

I bought some tankoins an hour ago and they haven't shown up in my garage. logged out and back in again, closed down the client and restarted but nothing. The instructions for clearing the client cache are useless as I play on a Mac. Does the mac version have a cache and if so where is it?

In this case, you should contact the Tech Support and they will help you. Clearing your cache won't help in this case.

First I spend real money on this game and get nothing for it, now M7/20 freeze/corrosive mix is doing double digit damage to unprotected tanks. WTH tanki!

After the update, changing augment in the battle garage doesn't really work, sometimes it does, sometime not, you have to be lucky, i tried exiting and re-entering the garage multiple times and nothing happened, but i guess that the only solution is restarting the game, which will cause even more time loss.

It's very frustrating.

I have it on video if needed.

Sometimes mobile loads forever.

When I finish a battle in PC and mobile the shard ads in mobile do not reset. (Not always)

Also if I wait 7 mins in mobile it just stays as "Finish a battle to unlock", while before the update in Friday you could just wait 7 mins instead of finishing a MM map.

You need to wait a hour instead of 7 minutes, not a bug.

Hi, just wanted to say, this website colour combination isn't so good. Light Grey canvas with white fonts makes it more a strain on the eyes compared to white font on a black canvas. I mean, there is a whole science on User Interface design about this.

it apears after clicking rapidly and repeatedly the next button or by pushing "N" button in the score page but you can disappear it by just going to garage and exiting it.

It appears that the login page is down...at least for me.  After restart all I've been able to get is a blank white page.  Someone might want to apprise the keepers of the restart/tech/fixer-uppers that there is some sort of glitch happening after restart.

 

Wow...more than two hours after restart and still kaput.

Me tooo i can't play, all i see is a blank page, i though the problem was me but no, even after restarting computer, same problem.
