The lag is usually caused due to bad/unstable internet connection.

I bought the magnum augment Mortar, and find sometimes it has no damage even if i hit the enemy. At first I thought it's the basic change of this augment, but I didn't see any change of projectile range on wiki. In fact, sometimes there is no damage nor mine, sometimes it has damage with mine. And this happened to me before when I was hit by mortar magnum.

That's a known bug. We have reported it to the developers several times but it wasn't fixed as of yet.

Since they are not going to fix magnum mortar, I would like a refund please.  No point paying for something that I cannot use.

A MM battle I was in today didn't end after the time ran out. And no one could deal damage or pick up supplies. I could just leave the battle but I don't think I got the battle rewards.

Did you complete the captcha before starting to fill out the rest of the form? reCaptcha v2 tokens automatically expire within 2 minutes of being issued, so if you spend longer than that the captcha you completed will expire and you won't be able to submit the form without redoing it.

You need to check the special missions screen each day before entering a battle, so a new gift mission can be loaded and the battle you won registered.

Just finished a CP game, our team won, went to collect daily gift from special missions, somehow there is still 0 as if I hallucineted the whole game. I mean, I have been playing wankionline for years and they still find new creatinve ways to make this experience worse and worse.

You have to first visit the special mission tab everyday beforehand in order to somewhat activate the mission then you can continue playing.

A very small visual issue on the Vulcan Ultra skin which really bothers me.

While using a white or light-coloured paint doesn't affect the skin, equipping a black or dark-coloured paint (or whenever a dark part of an animated paint moves over these spots) the front and back blue lights become dim or completely disappear.

This is definitely not a result of graphics settings (screenshot taken on highest settings).

Can't enter the game. Screen stuck at loading screen for 2-3 minutes, and then I keep getting kicked due to inactivity - this happens repeatedly. Many other players are facing the same problem.

I'm reporting a bug with the supplier drone. I've noticed this bug many times before and had no idea why it happened, but today I recorded a video and took a good look at it, and was able to figure out the issue. 

Basically when you're using Supplier drone, sometimes after you activate a supply (BD, BA, Nitro), the cooldown for that particular supply will be shown as 30 seconds, whereas in reality it is 50 seconds. (I tested it)

The result of this is that after those 30 seconds are up, it will show you that you can use that supply again, but when you try to use it, it won't activate as the actual cooldown time is 50 seconds, leaving you flabbergasted.

 

NOTE: Other drones may be affected by this bug as well.

This actually happened to me a few times aswell, even when using Brutus!

Never thought much about it, but now that I´m looking at it, it really seems like a bug.

I had a feeling this bug affected other drones as well. Call it the Cor7y tingle if you will.

I have 2 problems:

- "Gift!" mission doesn't complete if you don't visit mission tab first
- one "Gift!" mission wasn't counted for "Get all the gifts" even throught i finished all of them
