Observations that are also a complaints.  

 

The game is just not fun to play any more!  From this player's perspective, the developers are wasting their time on the little things that don't really matter and not focusing on the things that do.  Do we really need 7 M-type hulls and turrets? NO, and I am sure the developers know this because they don't care to waste the time and effort to develop any different skins for the different M-types.  Okay, moving right along.

 

There are too many turrets out there that are ridiculously over powered: Magnum, Gauss. Then you throw the over drive that rapid fires their shots.  Nothing but total carnage.

 

The "spawn kill" correction, OH MY GOD!  Whoever came up with this idea needs to be taken out back to the woodshed. I get the purpose give the players a fighting chance in a spawn kill frenzy.  But, hey losing mines that had been placed many moments earlier to have a spawn blow it up and receive 0 damage is disheartening.  Also, if the spawning player starts shooting as soon as they arrive on the battlefield then they are ready to take damage.  

 

Sighting in the enemy target "red outline".  This just totally eliminates what the purpose of the camouflage paints. A player's silhouette should not come available until after the attacking player has placed one round on the defending player when concealed.

 

Which brings me to conceal and cover.  There just isn't enough places for a player to conceal or cover themselves from attacks.

 

These are just a few of my complaints. I am sure I will have more as I continue to play.  But the developers really need to get back to the basics and KISS (Keep It Stupid Simple). 

 

Hate, the language was clean. It was just talking about physical assault which is not dirty language.  If you are going to monitor the posts then you need to bone up on your understanding of the English language.  BTW  your handle Offends me and I demand that you change or delete it immediately to fit a "clean" environment.  See kind of stupid isn't it?

Well, you get the idea. Let's move on... How about to things like containers, goldboxes, Tankoins, and things like that. How do you get those (oh, pick me pick me)? Well, I'm pretty sure you can guess... Money. It wasn't that hard, was it. What does that tell you? Well, it tells you that not only can you not get enough funds from ranking up to get decent hulls, but you can't even receive decent amounts of crystals any other way. Well, except money. I could go on and on and on and on and on and on and on (I think you get the picture) about how one would have to pay money for it to be even a little worth it to actually play this game. This game turned from a strategic tank game to a bunch of buttons which activates special abilities, or power ups, to make your tank a... Well... Tank. What am I talking about? Things like double damage, shields, drones, and Oberdrives. Now, besides drop boxes, how does one gain these abilities? Through containers. And what's the primary way of gaining those? Money. See, all this game comes down to is money. And it's saddening. To see a game I once loved to turn into a selfish (but hidden) way of gaining money. There's no more strategy. No more excitement. No more fun. If anyone would like to add to this post, contradictory or agreeing, I would like to hear what they have to say. I just want this game to turn back into the game I once loved... A game which we can all enjoy. I mean, we don't want what happened to Tanki X to happen to Tanki Online, do we? Well, as said above, I would like to hear what you have to say, if anything, regarding this situation. Thanks, and a great and happy new years to all of you.

The game has become like 73rd Eastings during the Desert Shield Desert Storm conflict.  The US tank battalions decimated the Iraqi tank battalions. Not because the Iraqi tankers were not combat hardened in equipment that has proven itself before in the past. But, because the US tankers equipment was far superior in tech, weapons systems and training.

 

I am getting sick and tired of having my hind honches handed to me because some buyer had loaded up their garage.  Where I roll with the very two pieces that were issued at the start of the game; hunter/smoky. Once shot kill! I could expect that from Shaft.  But, from Gauss and Magnum is just plain ludicrous.

Main reason for mk1-mk7 is to control the number of MUs the buyers (you dislike) can place on their items.  mks controled by rank means MUs are controlled by rank.

Did they botch the implementation of it?  Absolutely!  None of the m2.10 items should have been converted to mk7 which is upgradeable immediately.

But going forward buyers won't be able to turn a Striker kit into m2.10 (mk6.10) by Master Sergeant.

 

They needed to do something about spawn-killing - but - being able to trigger mines is kind of brutal - I agree on that one.  Should be no damage= no effect on mine.

If it is not improved by the time the Flash client disappears I will absolutely stop playing, The flash is enjoyable to play, very smooth, and skill with the controls is rewarding. The HTMl5 is jerky and clunky, disappointing, frustrating, and not worth the time. Sad to say.

Yeah my experience is quite similar. The thing is, the roots of this game's player-base go back to more than a decade; when you influx change, and not well adapted change in a player-base which isn't growing as much as it used to, it's quite easy to lose whatever following you have.

Let's hope for the best though, I'm quite sure the devs' plans aren't as shaky as the HTML5 camera angle ?

same for me,

I' m unable to play more than few minutes and even less. weird sensations in the eyes and kind of headaches which last some time after I 've stopped playing the game. I am asking myself how people can play in these conditions. maybe the negative effects doesn't affect everybody.

I see this as a risky move from TO, they potentialy can lose a lot of people. better to go back to safety, and give us back the desktop flash client as soon as possible.

(Fixed!) The animated paints look weird (lower resolution), and some of the equipments have no level indicator.

In case this is important: my screen resolution is 1366x768.

weirdest glitch i ever found in tanki, happened on new HTML 5 client

was tryna find some parkour map and mistakenly clicked keyboard button (can't remember which key) and this appeared on the screen

at first i was like, what the hell is this, what the hell is going on? confused, i just clicked buy and...

I was so excited at first but the paint was in my garage and wasn't at the same time, i could equip it and stuff but every time i left garage, it would automatically equp paint i had equipped before symbiote, meaning i couldn't wear it on maps and after i restarted game, it was gone from garage. this was the most mind blowing moment ever...

im using Htlm5 client ...      i cant Deal Damage in battle ...

im not able to Deal damage with my Turret ... only way to hurt someone its placing mine on the Ground o_0

i shoot . i see ennemies / my team receive my turrets bullet  .but. no knock. 

i dont lag . Client htlm5 are Smooth and playable

 

certainly the Camera view  are Horrible , Flash Camera view / choice was better ... Way better

Will keep using my Client 2.0 Flash  Waiting to See  that Damage problem will be Fixed

 

 

ive try . in Pro-Battle ( Battle List ) sometime deal dmg . sometime NO

 

and ive Retry in MM . Direct Hit . 95% of t time i dont deal Damage

 . nothing . just like i never Shoot .

 

All of these , TEST , with Htlm5 Client

Problems Solved Seem .... Htlm5 Client and Flash Client use the Same ...Cache...

ive Cleared my Client Cache and Problems have Been Solved      

o_0 <( but i will still use my 2.0 Flash Client , its better for me )

Game does not load in a browser (HTML5).   Console shows the following error.   Cleared cache.  Uninstalled/reinstalled browser.  Nothing helped.  Installed opera.  It worked at first.  A few days later console shows the same error.   Any suggestions?

    Why do changes always lead to us dying faster?

 

Its criminal for Tanki to make it so when you die in HTML 5 and go to your garage before you spawn again that you cant change your turret, haul, etc before spawing again. Tanki has made it so we die faster by making so our tanks get killed while we are in garage.  

 

Soon the old Client will be gone and every match I will have to die for no reason.

 

Please change this so we arent forced to die every time we change our gear. Its absurd.

The game is much harder to play. Its slow like I have a flat tire or something. I am doing much worse. Graphics aren't the most important part

What do you mean shaky? I'm still playing with the Flash Client. You're telling me that once I move to HTML5, it will feel like a new game? Can't devs make the camera angle not shaky??

Yeah, playing the HTML5 version still makes me feel sick and I have to keep braking my turret (Smoky) using the opposite direction key in case it moves too fast / much

 

I made this in November, it shows the increased maximum angle of turret movement (when the hull isn't moving, not turning in the same direction) before the camera and the turret become synchronized.

 

(if you were to keep rotating the turret and could somehow remove everything on the screen apart from the turret, the turret would look like it wasn't moving)

Fix Hornet seriously... I feel like Hornets players are always on OD every minute... Like, they literally use their OD 5 or 6 times in the same battle.

 

And this thing just lasts too long.

 

Not only there are the XP cancer. But now you see noobs with Shaft and that dumb alteration that makes shaft fires 3 quick shots, I believe it's called rapid fire something.

 

The game play is broken. Hornet used to be weak, now it's way too OP. This stupid OD lasts too long.

Most likely a Drone has to do with this. In a medium-length or bad game, I could get it maybe 2 times at least. It's only when I'm able to pull off a lot kills (splash damage turret) in the 20 seconds while not dying is when I can get it 5-6 times (rare). But having a heavily-upgraded Driver drone increases that number.

So your main issue seems to be the length of it. How low would you want it to last ideally?

Ideally? All OD's are cancer, some more than others. But I would reduce it by half. It's the only OD that lasts so long.

 

But yeah, ideally, I would remove all OD and get back with the original OD.

 

I would also remove alterations. Shaft was supposed to be a sniper weapon, now it's a close range weapon, same for Magnum.

 

Hammer can set tanks on fire, same for Smoky, who can also freeze tanks.

 

It's a mess. In 2 years, the game changed a lot, too much actually.
