The server is having connection problems, the ping is absurd, I believe that for the best performance of the game the matches should be 6 minutes, too much time overloads the page and gives an error.

I will be glad if you can help me, I believe that I am not the only one with the same problem.

I was in a match and everyone glitched, there was a lot of delay in damage and my game crashed. I'm trying to log back into my account for 15 minutes but it's saying lost server connection every time. I know there are recent technical issues but are they this serious that I can't even log in anymore? Or is it just me.

The game is really messed up! 
We can't even get anything from the 50% discounts as we can't log on decently!

Now that is very informative! Did you come up with this on your own or did someone had to tell you! Why don't you tell us what's really going on?

Then will they extend the discount ? I have been trying to login and in mid way crashes. rarely I can get into game but again it crashes

Typical Tanki! Yet they expect you to complete the idiotic missions like " get top 3 in a winning team 7 times". Never mind the fact that they dump you 99% in a losing battle that ends withing seconds of entering, now you cannot even get to the game! But hey "they will apologize"!

@Iamhereforfun Luckily you got only 4 times, I got it n*n+1 number of times.

I do not have information about that yet. The developers publish such information only after the issue is fixed.

Oh yeah, that's very informative too! For 3 days it says the same thing with no updates! Unfortunately, I cannot read tea leaves, so I am still in the dark.  But that's OK, you keep providing useless information as usual. We do not really expect anything else!

I don't have any "secret information" I hide from you. There are technical issues with the servers, that all I've been told.

I am not saying that you have "secret information". I said that you provide USELESS information that we already know.  There is a big difference

Maybe they are not bothered to fix problems permanently and only find temoprary solutions because i am experiencing the same bug i experienced a few months ago where it takes ages to load in a game but then kicks you out for being inactive. LIKE SERIOUSLY TANKI WHAT ARE YOU DOING???

We are aware of the problems and we are doing our best to restore normal operation of the servers. At the moment, we cannot say how much time it will take to fix this issue, but we promise that we will keep you updated regarding this.

 

26/5 and today 30/5

or you keep us updated every 7 days ?

I was getting this problem before the TO birthday and now too which is when the download is close to completion, for example, in 95%, this screen appears Screenshot-1.png
