hi.. so basically after the holiday discounts (the 50% off the micro-upgrades)  i upgraded my gauss from mk3 to mk7 17-20. and for some reason the gauss stopped doing damage in aiming mode no matter how hard i try.

here is what i tried:

playing it on the browser (i play the game on client)

checking my internet speed 

and clearing both cache and reinstalling the client

and even after all that its not working. now if i try to use the arcade mode of the gun it would be normal and it would deal the damage, and if i use any other gun it would work normal. so just the gauss just the aiming mod... and i know for a fact that if i had a connection problem it would have counted the arcade firing mod for gauss and the other turrets not firing or something. 

Note: i did get an error message when i was upgrading my gauss its because i was spamming the upgrade button(Enter) like crazy,

the 2nd thing is that it was doing perfect before the upgrades.

I am having the exact same issue after upgrading my Gauss from Mk7-12 to Mk7-13, all of my sniper shots fail to connect to the enemy. I was also told to relog due to lag issues but that did not solve the problem either. The proof provided in the quoted post would also be identical to mine if i provided my own, so I will use that as a reference.

Same I upgraded gauss from mk6 to mk7-5 and could no longer deal damage in sniping mode, only arcade shots did damage

it is... and there is a video about it. 

am glad that players turned into this problem. it needs to be solved.

i was a bit worried that it was me only but seems like am not alone on this one.

I came across a bug and wonder if it has happened to someone else too? Few days back I started looking for a MM battle and as soon as it found me a battle and loading screen appeared I closed the game from upper right corner (pressed the cross), I didn´t wait until I was loaded to battle to leave it properly, as I had to do something suddenly. When I came back around 14 minutes later and opened the game, I still joined the same battle (I didn´t press the button to look for a battle, it just added me back there), it was 7 seconds left till the end of the battle. So during the time - 14 minutes, I was away no one could join and fill the place and the teams were unevenly numbered. 

I have always wondered why in some battles one team has less numbers of players and no one seems to be joining, maybe this is the reason?

Glitch: Mammoth can be hit through thin walls when it's standing with its side pressed against them.

Because of how Mammoth's HD skin makes it wider than its physics model is (still the size of the old, narrow Mammoth?) and its sides clip into objects, if a Mammoth is standing with its side pressed against a thin wall (like those light grey fences type things) it can be damaged/hit from the OTHER side of the wall.

@Maf can you report this gauss bug already its been happening for almost 1 month, so many people are complaining about it

also I had two teammates who left the match after they realized that their gauss was doing 0 damage in sniping mode

Well, in mobile version of tanki online, there has been a problem while using gauss and scorpion. While using salvo mechanism in both, there seems to be no damage being inflicted onto the opponent even though you can see the projectile hitting the tanks. Normal shooting mechanism still however works without any issues. This bug has always been there from the start but now days it seems to have increased by a lot. I think this issue had been highlighted earlier but there has been no improvements. Overall the game is good and still fun.

not sure why but my Bydo  account , when in a special event map .I seem not to be able to collect kills on it . I end up with over 27 kills on me and only 1 destroyed ?

I have noticed the presence of players whose names appear on the list of tanks of a match, but when you enter the game, their tanks are not there.

As a result, these "non-active"  tanks are completely altering the fairness of the game, since their presence counts for the game, but their actions is nonexistent.

I have printed screens that cover more than 30 minutes of a match with a tank named "XvX" appearing on the front list, but with ZERO points for more than 30 minutes! I was witnessing the problem and decided to do several screenshots. I did not enter the game myself, specially because it was impossible to enter to help that team since the total numbers of players had been reached.

But if I had managed to enter the game, I'd have realized that this same tank is NOT THERE. Nobody inside the game would know it  because the name of the tank appears in the initial list. 

I have been in situations where the list says we have 8 tanks, but only 7 players are in fact in combat. One of them is simply missing, non-active. The worst part is that instead of simply disappearing from the match after a few minutes, this "nonexistent" tank continues there for the entire match, preventing other players to join in and help. 

Please, fix this problem. It is happening in a daily basis. In the past, I would get very mad at players who would simply do nothing during battles. I used to curse then and for that reason I have been banned forever from the chat. However, this time it is a different problem. These non-active tanks ONLY appear on the initial list, taking a spot from another player, but their tanks are not in the battle.  I have a series of images that prove what happened earlier today: the first screenshot I took was from 6:34PM. The last screenshot was from 7:04PM. In other words, 30 minutes with zero points from "XvX". That player was certainly NOT in the game, so the team was actually playing with 7 tanks. The other team was playing with 8 tanks. Unfortunately, I cannot upload the images here. But I have them in my archive. If you wanted to email them to you, please let me know.

Scorpion's salvo would randomly only shoot one missile on the server. On the user's side, they will see one one damage tick corresponding to one missile. On the enemy's side, they will see a single missile coming towards them. 

This has been happening since Scorpion's garage release and happens with every augment.

Similarly with the previously reported hover hulls being hit behind walls when a small part of their hull phases through the walls, this can happen to Viking and presumably other hulls. I've only noticed this so far with this wall in Desert and the middle walls in Sandbox REMASTER.
