Developing a game is definitely not an easy job, and personally, I think the Developers of this particular game are doing quite well. Sure, there are issues here and there, but they are good about fixing them in a timely manner.

You are always on the blue team in the HTML5 version, whether it is the red or blue base in the Flash version. If you see someone will a red health bar, that's the other team, and you should shoot at them. Not too difficult.

Providing a video showcasing your issue would be extremely helpful, so that Developers can fully understand your issue, and work to fix it.

Hello!

Apparently, there is a glitch with the special mission regarding the completion of battles in assault team. The system is not recording progress. But, try playing in "Siege" mode as the system is recognizing and recording progress from that mode.

The mission and objective stays same, but instead of assault mode, you would have to play in "siege mode". If there are more updates regarding the matter in the future, we will let you guys know in the topic Ultra, Gauss Ultra.

I just want to second that - especially the targeting in snipe mode - the cross hairs jump and the last second when you want to take aim. Kickout for lack of movement is unfair to shafts, they are very active when in sniping mode, but just don't move their wheels.

With the recent Shaft buff, this shouldn't be an issue, especially for Shafts of later modifications. For an Mk8 Shaft, it will only take 3 seconds to fully reload after a sniping shot. If you can't see a target after an entire minute, move to another location nearby with a wider field of view. You should be fully reloaded and ready to go into sniping mode by the time you reach there or even before that. And if you don't want to move from your spot because it may be the best overall, exit sniping mode, press one of your movement keys and then get back in sniping mode.

I do play according to your last suggestion. Not much of a brainer. It seems you don't play shaft often. In battle shafts can be nearly continuously in active sniping mode. One movement can distort their position. To follow your suggestion shafts have to remember to move, not for tactical reasons, but because the game is made like that.The massage we get when kicked out is - "removed due to inactivity" - you have no idea how that is frustrating if a tank has shot up more than 20 tanks. I think proof of activity is depressing the keys, especially space bar.

Disable the light and shadows in Rio and Arena maps or add options for this ... too many problems there, freezing screen (i must to restart the client or the browser 1 min and for 3 mins can't change anything from garage after restart), hard lag, high ping, but and eyes are on fire, so i prefer to avoid these maps (Rio in MM and Arena in Pro Battles) than to play there ... please fix!

The worst map for freezing on you is tribute, it's a nightmare.

Sometimes a Railgun's shot can't be seen. I've had a hunch that this happens for a while, but I finally have definitive proof. Sorry for any bad quality.

My premium of 1 day missing, i had 1 week, the last saturday till the next saturday on 1 august to claim and is deleted with 2 days more faster i don't understand why.

The HTML5 client is completely and literally unplayable at the moment on  Windows 7 PRO. The only option is the flash client which  gives the  5 second penalty even  when rejoining a game.

Multiple exceptions every minute:

I got Ares MK 1, just to finish 300 OD mission.. Not been able to do even single OD so far.. lol.

Keep crashing every minute. I should have completed at least 50 ODs by now.. 

please make it work asap.

Fix  SystemError.  NullReferenceError.. ResourceLoadError.  etc...

When i'm in battles and want to change from garage the equipment after, i'm auto destroyed and lose -10 score all time, please fix this problem in browsers and client HTML5, need time to change some seconds.

I second the complaint of @ALEX22THEBEST - the issue of unwarranted self-destruction when visiting the garage before respawn, which had already been solved, is now back. This issue deters many players from the HTML5 version of the game more than any other issue. Please fix it again, and quickly so.
