I downloaded and installed the new client today after uninstalling the previous version. The error is now: "Cannot load resources ResourceBatchLoadException: null".  Still haven't been able to play a single game in HTML5.

Hi;

I also suddenly began to experiment error messages. Playing in game then exit/crash followed by a series of error messages. I also have tried Ares.

note: I use TO html5 client within Windows 10 x64. I've uninstalled and re installed with freshly downloaded html5 client installer but errors still occur.

Aside from these errors, I also experience a 'minor' issue when I use html5 TO, The text (only) appears blurry with variations in blur intensity until it goes away. it does not happen ingame. for instance:

even after fixing some fatal errors and bugs on html5 client i still face errors like program link error or null exception every time i open html5 client but this not happenes on browser so pls find a soultuion for this

When I enter garage or press pause while moving to respawn place and back to battle, idk why but my tank have already spawned to battle. It’s very annoying cuz when I change equipment, I have to self-destruct every time and in addition, batteries are consumed even though I’m in garage or in pause time!!! Plz fix this bug!!!?

Devs are inviting us to html5 version but I think that doesn’t make sense. Every game crush 4 or 5 times and if I could luckily charge OD, game crush when I use OD. Before inviting us to new version of the game, you should make it playable.

i also self-destrut when entering the garage in battles and switching equipment. please fix this quikly, so much unnessesary deaths

The Shaft turret is unwieldy and controls are (in my opinion) not suitable for sniping.

I assume this is to do with my laptop specs but given that I cannot change that i should make my problems clear here.

Arcade mode: The rotation of the turret just feels so off. It has none of the weight and control present in the flash version, making aiming even at close range difficult.The roll and pitch of the hunter hull i use is far more prevalent here. while i appreciate it might be designed that way, the lack of stability is really difficult to get used to. Again, it lacks the weight and stability that i got in the flash version.

Sniping: This mode has a host of problems. The motions are jerky and exaggerated, making small alterations into huge swings, random jerks occurring for no reason and larger motions moving to quickly to keep track of. The transition after a shot back to arcade mode is really disorientating,  a long movement seemingly back a long the barrel and u through the top of the tank rather than just a quick camera change.

Basically, the whole experience with this version feels like playing through runny treacle, six feet away from the action. The tank lacks any feeling of weight and , rather than matching my inputs and being an extension of the keyboard, it feels oversensitive and far away like i am playing across a room form it, where reactions are much slower and this is massively detrimental to the precise shooting that i like to do.

I may not be explaining this too well but ive done my best. this is not small and i think the flash system was perfectly executed where using this turret is concerned.

So, since I cannot get in the garage using Flash, I said I will give this HTML5 a chance.  Well, the verdict is that is just as much as Tanki X was and soon I expected to go by way of Tanki X.  Here are some problems I noticed:

1. On the logon screen, you cannot Right Click to paste the user name or the password. The Remember me box is checked, but it doesnot remember squat!

2. For some idiotic reason that only the dumb head designer knows, the supplies do not default to the numeric keypad like Flash did and the OD defaults to the Left SHIFT.  So, I said OK, once I get killed, I will go to the options and change them.  I did and went back to the game only to find out the hard way that while the settings have changed, the supplies are still activated only by the numbers above the keyboard and the OD is still the LEFT-SHIFT!  

3.  Of course the camera at long distance is as fuzzy as it can get, I guess they did not take it to the eye doctor to get some glasses!

4. And why on earth the music is on by default?

Well that does it for me folks. I may not play the game anymore by I will be here reading and laughing at those who call themselves "developers" .  I will also be laughing at the buyers!

Add me to that list too.  I made another post regarding shaft problems in HTML5. I have the same issues and I have missed shots that I very rarely miss. As it stands now, it is very difficult to play with shaft.

You explained it very well. Now whether the dumb "developers" will understand what you wrote is another issue!

I like the new HTML5 client, and I have almost completely switched to using it because of the potential it has, but there's one MAJOR issue that is super infuriating, that I continuously run into:

Sometimes, the FPS drops significantly to 1 or even 0 FPS, and it is impossible to do anything. From what I have found, this is mainly prompted by pressing "Alt" + "Tab" to go from viewing the HTML5 client on your PC, to another window. When this issue occurs, you are stuck for at least 15 seconds, unable to do anything, and your tank also self destructs continuously during this issue, causing you to lose anywhere from 10 to 50 points (depending on the length of time you are affected). Additionally, it is possible for this issue to cause your entire PC to freeze, forcing you to restart. It is saddening that I own a $600 PC, which can handle games such as Fortnite with much higher graphics than Tanki, but crashes when playing this game.

Hopefully this issue is fixed soon, I lose my mind when this occurs.

What is this?!?

(My OD symbol, the symbols beside the timer, symbols of active supplies on the tank in front of me)

This happens in Pro battles too, sometimes. Till now, whenever this has happened, I haven't been able to deal damage with my turret. (I haven't tried mines or Wasp OD or Mammoth OD yet)

how much developers take time to fix shaft ???
anyway this is 6th day and still shaft didnt fix it, this is so annoying and ridiculous is it hard that much ???
i can't really find the reason 
are they ignore shaft players or maybe didnt read the report (if moderators send it)
or they too laze and wait to fix shaft and other things at once time

Sometimes I think they made this bug on purpose to make us unable to kill many heavy tanks
soon as the special missions end they will fix it and make video to say hey we listen to players, look we fixed it

all All I'm trying to say
Please listen to players complaints
And try to treat it quickly

When my tank is killed in battle... before it re-spawns.... i am pressing G  for garage and changing equipment. After I am done and re-enter the battle... my tank is again self-destructed before applying the changes. Also, i noticed it counts towards my k/d....(TAB)... I am using HTML5 client. 

This used to not happen before. Is this a new update or bug in HTML5? 

I used to change equipment when killed in battle before re-spawning so i could avoid self-destruction.
