During battle ,since a lot of time. It Can happen from beggining of the battle ( MOST OFTEN after some seconds)  til  half battle  . Cannot do clip  ( dunno how to do it   and it's already laggy like that without to add anything i.mo ) .
In that grey screen if i type something i see the chat bar , once i press  "enter" it disappears.Reloading restart client in unending "loading" , so have always to force  close/re open.

I can get often a "clue/warning " about the grey screen incoming  before to go to battle .If i see  in  the selection main screen a very quick "gray blink"  , then is almost sure that when i start a battle i will have grey screen or some kind of error .Already uninstalled /reinstalled , graphic up to date and quite high spec  ( 1080 gtx ti 11gb videocard)

About the "burning" is clearly written "BURNING" above the tank , after a week i decided to report since it did not ressove by itself .Then after respawning the same tank does not burn me anymore .Totally random happening .
DId not check if that happens in browser ( browser too laggy for me )  .
Just a (probably wrong)  thought .. since is happening more often an evening( sometime i have to give up playing as after 6 restarts becomes frustrating)   i suspect can be something related  to client -server stuff comunication or sort of ( not an expert)

oh also one thing always did want to ask  in juggernaut mode: happening with twins  and juggernaut ( since very long time) .
When you overdrive with twins and juggernaut answers overdriving  ,if  twins is very close it autodestructs ,i mean it happens even if you have the anti-splash damage alteration.. it's like  alteration get canceled and you get autodamage ( clearly labeled as autodestruct in notification).That happens to all , not only me i dunno if anyone mentioned that before, i suppose it was . it would be weird if was thought that way but i did not find answers to that .

I upgraded Isidia Mk3 to 3-2 but then I had a connection error and had to restart the game but when I went back to garage to equip isidia...it was still mk3 and I did not get refunded back my crystals I spent. So what's the problem?...

Its a common issue really i report it first? Tried now even with no overdrive , if juggy overdrives and twins is close is kill like "autodestruction". How i could do a video?

Bug with Ares Overdrive on TO mobile. 

 

At times when activating the Overdrive, the visual plasma ball that is fired appears in an inaccurate position and sometimes moves in the incorrect direction. For example:

 

The ball appeared far out there. The ball is moving in the same direction as I am in the picture - right to left

  

 

In this one, the ball appeared a good bit in front of me (the bush sprite is blocking the ball), but while I was moving forward, the Ares ball was moving towards me.

 

 

 

In this one, the ball appeared in front of me to the left, however the ball is moving forward diagonally from the left to the right. 

 

 

 

And lastly, in this one, the ball appeared where you see there, but was moving horizontally from right to left.

To reliably replicate the bug, use speed boost and drive in a striaght line, then activate your Overdrive when at full speed.

When I'm changing equipment in the garage, whatever I equip just gets unequipped like 3 seconds later and sometimes it takes even longer. The item I equipped just doesn't show up on my tank and the "Equipped" thing reverts back to "Equip" so I have to equip it again. It is very annoying when you want to change something quickly. Does it happen to anyone else?

After a battle has ended and I'm in the end screen with the list all of the players, one of two things will happen when I click on a name to view a clan profile.

1. The option "View clan profile" doesn't exist, even if the person is in a clan. I just get "Copy name", "Add to friends", and "View profile".

2. If the "View clan profile" option does exist, this happens when I click on it.

Hello, a friend of mine constantly recieves error in game. After joining 2-3 battles the game just crashes and doesn't allow him to load for a short period of time. He tried deleting all of his cache several times but it does not help. The error that he recieves looks like that:

He followed the help that was on the help site/Sollutions page but it doesnt work. Can we have any help to fix this problem? Is it problem of his cache or from his PC?

Not for everyone, all of my clanmates are fine with HTML5 except this one specific player who cant load every 2nd-3rd battle.

All problems are due to mine n other's internet. lol. Good 1. I play heavy games in same system with same internet without any issue. But tanki is mega heavy lol. Nice joke.

This error usually shows up due to internet problems.

Your friend can try these solutions;

• Clearing his client's cache [Guide]
• Restarting his PC
• Re installing the client 
• Delete useless files from his PC.

I have this very same on the computer. Also, the forum seems to be loading rather slow past couple of days; others who have the same? I believe it aint my internet connection as my WiFi works excellent

I usually see the time of playing with drones is way more less than the truth, either in my profile or other players profile. I played with Driver in example way more than 4 hours, how that is just shown for 4 hours and the same thing for Brutus
