Issue: Extremly high luck in Juggernaut mode
Description: 
  My friend have extremly high luck in Juggernaut - he entered into new game and was choosed as jugernaut in 7/10 of games.
  I think this is just too lucky to be normal - maybe it is bug in game.

He most likely was the first to load into the battle.

sorry for the late response. I have cleared my cache few days ago and i do clear it often but it still doesn't work

Try turning off and on the "show notifications" option.

Yes, I have done that many times as well but it still doesn't work. I logged into one of my low rank to test it on there and I do receive notifications on my low rank but I don't receive any notifications from my main account 'Teletubbies' the one I am writing from now.

When you join the game it take 3-4 or seconds till it's enter the battle but you still see the tank on the lobby

That sounds like a problem with your internet connection, make sure your internet is fast enough.

And I think it happens to every player. I asked a lot of players about that, and they also told me it happened to them, so I think it necessary to report the developers nah?

It still occurs that Magnum does not deal any damage to a target, this bug is incredibly annoying and makes gameplay with Magnum unenjoyable. I know that players have already posted about this here, are developers aware of the bug?

Hello developpers,

I noticed 2 bugs in Html5 :

Firstly : the gravity! When i do a stunt in space mode in html5 and then i shot to get more speed and go more high, it makes me go down immediately, also when i do parkour stunt, i go less far than in html5, so the gravity in html5 is too high.

 

Next, the problem of matchmaking system (match rank). I created a new account (my rank is recruit), I didn't rank up and I was matched with a major rank, warrant officer 1 rank, lieutnant rank and sergent major rank. Pls fix this!

Also, the way the first juggernaut is chosen is no more random, only people who spawn very fast (join very fast) because of their wifi are JGR. Fix that also. Make it 100% random who gets the first JGR. For Example the system choose the 2 person who enter to become JGR, or the fifth.

I'm experiencing very very long waiting times to enter battles.  Many times I must log out and log back in several times before I get into a battle.  This "wait log out/in wait" process has taken as much as 30 minutes...for one battle!

 

 

Only rarely do i get into a battle in less than a minute of waiting in queue.  These kinds of waiting times are a game killer.

Both in client and web: Super long time and errors in accessing some sections, like shop ,looks not even switching tab,   but is just very very -long access time   .
In shop ..Like transaction "had a problem "or so .
I accidentally also spent almost 200 tankoins thinking to be clicking on crystal offer as the screen  refreshed wrongly ( and i did haste to click confermation without to check it was the wrong tab  ) , quite annoying  .
In client Now , randomly i click to join a battle   but game stays at homescreen til i restart several times ( as i have other issues myself  like "blank screen" but i already reported apart ) .This morning before work, i managed to play 3 battles and then stop , just errors and blanks.. New updates , new additional bugs in client , like tradition calls ^^  ,

..."Put_in" some efforts  or do another video with the sweet girl  instead than the glass guy , at least is literally impossible be pissed off at that tender expression

Mobile version bugs:

Most of the time, it takes ages to load the app, and when it finally loaded, this will show up:

(if you haven't realized, puggy bank and announcments are missikng, also, i didn't get the shop pop ups at the begining)

After like 50s, it finally load fully, and i got the irritating popups. Loading any section also takes ages. When i tried to open a container, it was floating for like 40s before it finally opened. After i opened my containers, i went to a battle in a group, but there was no damage indicators im the first 4 minutes. 

I am not sure that this is because i joined a group or because i opened containers.

And i almost forgot - every time i enter the battle, then exit it, it shows that i changed equipment, even if i didn't.

This also happens with shaft on mobile sometimes. I saw the hit animation, but no damage is dealt to the enemy. This often happens at the begining of the battle, but sometimes randomly too.

Dealing no damage is an issue that all turrets may occasionally have, but it's especially Magnum that suffers from this because this bug happens more often with this weapon than other turrets

Couldn't take a screenshot, but here's how I ran into a bug a couple of times:

• Fill up 100 shards
• Click the "Claim" button for a container (it was a little unresponsive, required clicking twice)
• Click "open x1"

At that point, I get a notification that says: "info: undefined." Trying to open it, the open button became the orange Buy More button, without actually opening a container. I reloaded and my container did not come back. I'm not sure if I received a reward or not.

A similar thing has happened with Weekly Containers, but with them, this happens:

• Claim a weekly mission reward
• Click the "open all" on weekly containers

When I do this sometimes, the button greys out, and no weeklys open. Reloading the page restores the weekly containers and allows me to open them.

Idk where to tell this but... somehow I aint able to view the profile of my Alternative account Spinister_RTL in the tanki ratings page, It tells me: (Service temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. Try now,) But I am able to see other's profile.  Idk why is this happening. I m rly worried about this.
