Logged out, logged back in.  Still can't get into battles.

I tried buying the bundles on an alt account. Actually, I was successful in buying the bundles - the payment shows up on my Paypal account, but the bundle did not come through as the account still has the bundles available in the shop. Please fix it.

What should I do? I have the receipt from paypal, but the items were not added to my account even though I got a message that they were.

Please have some patience, you are not alone who faced the issue today where you dont get the product even after giving the money, there are many people facing it. I believe the tech support will help you soon.

I've been waiting for 10 min plus to join mm battles and tried closing and re opening the client and it made no difference.

It took a while, but finally I got the goods added to my account. About 30 minutes after the purchase. Thanks for everyone who helped

The system of the Tech Support works fine, they will get back to you within 24 hours from the moment you send the message, just be patient :)

Hi I just happened to notice a bug - when checking the rewards for ultra containers and also regular containers, on the possible rewards listed in-game it shows that AP Immunity hull augments are NOT available for any hulls other than Hopper, Ares or Crusader for both types of container. I think this may have happened during the Shards patch? Not sure.

I don't know if this is a display error on possible container rewards, but if true this means container rewards are not as advertised previously and also only 3 hulls will be able to get AP Immunity from now on - which is kinda unfair. I suggest this is looked into - you can see it for yourself very easily by going into the containers section in-game and checking the "Epic" rewards list for both.

I was ripped -off of a purchase of the  valentine bundle , I was debited by pay pal , but no reward from tanki ! A fraud !! Fix it !!

Anyone else having problems with Shard Ads not refreshing at all after battles/7 mins? Generally game seems very slow.

not sure if others are finding the loading is slow along with claiming prizes. just collected ,,// and clicked on the button 3 times and got to claim it twice.. not sure why it did that.. also the containers are not opening up to show prizes once you claim them
